Very good breakfast, great location for the CWS and the bottles of water available in the lobby was a very nice touch.
I don't think we ever had our bed linens refreshed during our 7 night stay.

We got a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 6. We used the pool and it was adequate, nothing flashy, but clean and in good shape.
No complaints.

Hotel room had lots of amenities, like oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc.
The room was nice, but the bathroom wasnt the cleanest, especially the floor, which still had black hairs on it (not from either of us as I have vibrant dyed hair and my partner's hair is blonde). The breakfast was on par with what you might find in a school lunch cafeteria, and the orange juice was so watered down, I wouldn't have known it was meant to be OJ if I wasn't told.
Lastly, the worst part of all; The listing said that it had a pool and that the po was undergoing maintenance early on in the year but the maintenance was to be finished February 2024. We were not told this by the receptionist when talking about if they had a hot tub or not, but it was not completed yet. The pool was the main reason why we picked that hotel in particular. Only at checkout were we told by staff that we COULD have gone across the street to the pool at the other neighboring Hilton Hotel, which was NOT told to us until checkout. Then at checkout the staff tried to bill us a SECOND time, even after we showed them our payment receipts. Only after the manager came to assist was that cleared up.
If we had known ahead of time that the hotel didn't have a pool, or that it was still undergoing remodeling, we would have went somewhere else. They lied in the listing, communicated with us poorly, and many of the staff assisting at checkout treated us poorly. I'm waiting for a full refund because this really put a damper on our first vacation in many years during the one time in the year that we could swing it.

Very nice Suits! So much space!
Showed up on a Thursday and the hot tub and pool was pretty dirty/stinky water. Felt as though the chemicals had been overlooked! Was definitely better come Friday and Saturday! Assuming you only check/maintain chemicals for weekend visitors?

The pool is nice. The breakfast and happy hour are awesome, and believe it or not, there is a ceiling fan in the room1
Rubber trim at the junction of carpet and vinyl has a raised portion that you can stub your toe on.

Enough bedding for our family of 5.
I wouldn’t usually choose downtown location but it worked out well.

The location of the Hotel was nice for visiting Omaha.
Our Room smelled of Chlorine even though we were on the 3rd floor. The room keys stop working after the first use and had to go back to the desk everyday and get new keys. The parking lot signs say complimentary parking but the desk staff said it was 10/day for everyone, including guests. Had a few items disappear from our room though no housekeeping was done. Building has no security cameras on the floors. Had Police chase a suspect through the hotel lobby during breakfast with lots of families around.

The location! And the staff was so friendly!
The breakfast was amazing and it was always clean. The pool and spa were wonderful too
Our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay. I understand being understaffed. But it would have been nice for once time to have it vacuumed and change sheets.

We didn’t end up staying once we got to our room. The door appeared to have been broken into by a precious guest and repaired but not to original condition. One bedroom door had several holes that were poorly patched and another hole untouched. The shower leaked and one phone was non functioning.

we didn’t stay here. we ended up at the Hampton Inn next door because the card system was down. breakfast was great!
I didn’t like we ended up having 2 separate rooms and my son ended up sleeping on the floor because he didn’t want to share a bed with his brother. the room I had booked at Homewood suites had enough spaces for everyone to have there own bed. if I would have gotten a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed the rooms wouldn’t have been joined together.
