Location and beach
Given the fact it was a private suite rental & I paid in full plus the $250 deposit in advance the check in process was horrible. The Front Desk Agent was rude and was not helpful I had to ask the same questions repeatedly to get a clear answer. She was rude and she seemed annoyed which annoyed me I asked for a manager and she stated "They were in a meeting and did not know when they would be available. I responded please have them contact as soon as the "meeting" was over. I finally get to the room and the room it self was superb and I have stayed at this resort before and did not have these issues. We were in Private Suite 1105 which was privately owned, however when we needed more towels and towel paper we were told by the front desk to go to the nearest store and purchase more which I know is not the proper protocol. I then tried to reach out to the private owner for 3 hrs and left several messages and did not receive a response back. Not sure if I would stay here again, however if I do I will make sure that it is not a privately owned suite!!!

The hostess checking us in was awesome. The lobby was very nice. We had a nice view of the building next to us as well as the city and a glimpse of the beach and ocean.
Breakfast cost me almost 50 bucks for coffee, french toast and eggs. Another 25 bucks to park my car by valet, was not offered a option to park my own car or told of an off-property space to park. The room was extremely small, towel rack was falling off the wall, no tissue to blow my nose in (had to resort to toilet paper), no paper cups or plastic cups to drink out of. We did have 2 ceramic coffee mugs, but with the covid-19 thing going on, we didn't want to risk using them. No coffee supplied but we could have a glass of hot sugar water. This is not what I was expecting for a large amount of money I paid. Overall for the 400 bucks, I spent to sleep and have breakfast is was not worth it at all, and won't recommend this place to anyone. From the description on Booking.com, it seemed like a great deal. I thought we were getting a kitchen and a living area to sitting in, not having my TV, safe sitting in a closet. No way to turn on the lights as you walk in the door (had to make your way to the bed to find lights). Also, the desk lamp's light bulb was burnt out. The micro right next to the bed and the desk area had no place to do anything if we wanted. If I had the choice to do this over, I would go to a different place at a much lower price and a bigger room. This is what I was suppose to get for my $350 room - Private suite 900 sf 1 king bed, Living room Balcony Oceanview, city view, river view pool, Patio, Private Bathroom, Dishwasher, Flat-screen TV, Soundproof, Coffee machine, Free WiFi, Free toiletries, Kitchen, Safe, Washing machine, Bathtub or shower, Towels, Linens, Cleaning products, Tile/Marble floor, Desk, Sitting area, TV Slippers, Refrigerator, Ironing facilities, Tea/Coffee maker, Iron, Radio, Microwave, Hairdryer, Kitchenware, Outdoor furniture, Cable, Alarm clock, Dryer, Wardrobe or Closet, Oven Stovetop, Toaster, Dining area, Dining table, Upper floors accessible by elevator as stated on the website.

Everything, it was absolutely beautiful, more than we expected
It’s a privately owned condo, so there is so help from the actual resort, but the owner was hands on with all of our needs
