Lobby area was nice. Felt cozy.
The check in process was a hassle. Waited over 30 mins after our 4pm check in time to be told our room we reserved wasn't available. Only 5 mins later was notified that it was? Huh?

The 🛌 was great! The location was also great the mall was right across the street and it was close to where we were goin for a concert!
The only negative was the don't take 💸 deposits and they charged over $4 for a personal size bag of that smart food popcorn!
I guess lookin at it most places don't take 💸 anymore and maybe since everyone in the country is price gougin to make up for the pandemic maybe they've gotta charge that price just to make a profit.....smh.... it's not our fault we had a pandemic..... why all these businesses wanna take it out on us? Ijs....lol.... all seriousness I'd stay there again!

Staff was very nice and respectful. Front lobby is beautiful and well maintained. I like the fact that the pool and stuff was all open for swimming. The location was perfect for all the activates and different locations that i had to travel too
My room was decent. There was a water leak on the ceiling. The shower handle was falling off constantly. Seems like there needs to be some touch ups on some spots of the paint and base boards. The bathroom is the only thing that bothered me the most though.

Proximity to the cheerleading competition.
I could not get into my room until after midnight because of a door lock issue. Refused to give me a different room.

It was in a good area.
I was a little upset because when listed on the internet it said breakfast, which I thought that when hotels listed breakfast it meant complimentary. It was not complimentary, it was a restaurant where you were seated and had to pay, disappointing.
There was also an issue with our checkin since we did it through a third party (booking.com) and the hotel could not find our reservation. When they finally gave us a room and we got all the way up to the 9th floor where our room was, it was the wrong room. I had paid $166 for a room with two queens so that me and my Roomate could have our own beds after I long travel day. Instead it was one king, another disappointment. We did not complain because we were exhausted and did not want to go through the process of switching rooms.

The food was actually pretty good within their restaurants. The lady in the restaurant was very nice.
The hotel is located near warehouses and near homeless encampment's. Which made me awry of parking my vehicle in the open parking lot. The hotel is decent, the carpets are dirty in the hallway and in the rooms. The pool is so small and gets easily overcrowded.

THE VIEW FROM THE NINTH FLOOR WAS GREAT!!!, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. NINTH FLOOR I FELT SPEICAL. VERY MUCH SO. IT"S CLEAN AND COZY. I RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY. ALSO, VANS THAT CAN TAKE YOU TO THE MALL OR AIRPORT. YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.
THE PRICE TAG WAS HIGHER THEN I EXPECTED. REP GAVE MY ROOM ALWAY ANOTHER TIME, AFTER I WALKED ALL NIGHT AND DAY. FOR TWO NIGHTS, $400.00 AND SOMETHING THEN A HUNDERD DOLLARS DEPOSIT. BUT STILL ALL IN ALL. TRY PAIDING BEFORE YOU STAY. PRICES DO BE BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE.
