Fantastisch!

Fantastische locatie! De cabin is perfect uitgerust, alles is zeer netjes.

Er is geen enkel persoonlijk contact, alles gaat online. Heel efficiënt maar soms vervelend als je een vraag hebt.

I would not stay here again and would advise others not to do so.

Not much. The room was large and comfortable but way way too expensive for what is was.

The cost!! Way too expensive for a very basic room. Not even a microwave or toaster. There is no restaurant or room service so what are you to do for meals but go out. Nice room but no table inside or on the balcony. 4 pm check in is late. Self check in is inconvenient. No staff or help anywhere. Quite a weird setup overall.

Would not return. Poor value.

The main floor including kitchen were well equipped. The upstairs room was nice but no door, i.e. no privacy.

The lower level room had a terrible mattress, fair bathroom, no door and no privacy. The main floor deck had a view of the newly constructed buildings in front. No nearby parking - I am handicapped. Very expensive stay - poor value for the big money.

Peaceful gem in a forested coast

This is a delightful quiet gem— located in the woods above a beach. We were in the lodge but there are also many cabins. It was comfortable and cozy to stay in but also hiking trails and other outdoor adventure are nearby.

Great experience overall

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in, atmosphere was great, staff was super helpful. Cabins are very nice.

Terrace beach was not very great, could do with some work by cabin property managers, maybe a sandy beach and some cleaning. There was a dead rotten seal at the beach. Not very pleasant.

No help, was LIED TO, did not get what we were confirmed and paid for, horrible set up, We got scammed, I’m even going to fill out a complaint form with tofino Long beach chamber of commerce about this and the site.. and the Tofino visitor Center

stay was short, close to a beautiful oceanside trail and the cabin was gorgeous

They are left on a place for self-checkin - fill the form online and pick them up on arrival.

the cabins were very neat, well equipped and cozy. a real relaxing experience. Recommend. the self check in and self check out was an easy process and, although the staff is not on site they respond promptly if contacted by email or the booking app. we had an issue with electricity and they solved it promptly within 45 minutes.

We had a special request for a soaker tub, and we were told it was arranged for our stay. When we got to our room we did not have one in our room. I sent an email to the office and never received a reply.

Overall this is a well kept facility in a beautiful location.

Keys were where the pre arrival email stated they would be.

Booking Dot com said the amount of the final charge yet when printed an additional cleaning fee of 69 was to be added. This was not expected and rediculous. When renting rooms, you would think that the company is going to clean the room with the fee incorporated in the price. It would have been a nice feature to have a microwave, or at least access to one in the common area. There are no walkable restaurants nearby and the ability to heat food would be nice. We didn't realize that there would be so much construction right in front of the room/view. Would have been nice to have been informed. Found it a bit strange to not see any hosts coming or going.

pay 100$ cleaning fee and i have to put my towels in a bin so its easier for them to collect!?!

Paid too much in cleaning fee. Too many rules. Poor signage to the Wild Pacific Trail.

The cleaning fee for one night's stay. While it was listed on the booking site - in very small print - it was a lot for a single night's stay. And even though we paid it we were "required" to strip the bed and put everything in a provided box. To top it all off there was a hair on the backside of one of the pillows so even though the previous guest must have paid the same fee the place wasn't up to snuff. Also the signs outside pointed to the Wild Pacific Trail but once we got to the beach, we couldn't find it easily. No further signage.

It was a peaceful and restful stay. (lodge)

nothing I didn’t like but I did think that perhaps the rates could have been a bit lower since occupants ( I was a solo) were asked to strip the beds of sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover). While I understand it was probably a Covid protection strategy for staff , as a single who had been assigned a king bed it was a bit of a tussle and one of the great pleasures of hotel stays is to not have to do these housekeeping chores.
