Great property and service.

I beleive I paid top price for the room, yet my friends that paid the same price booking directly, received some discounts and had a better room. We went back to the concierge to change the room which we were able to do. They claimed that because we booked through you they probably didn't give us the discounts and the better located rooms??

It was a great stay. Wish we booked an extra day to see more of the sights, but that gives us a reason to come back

Two Nights for $2600 of not much!

This is a an extremely beautiful hotel with all the modern technology. The rooms are very large and well decorated. But that's where it stops.

The light system works high or low and if you want to have lights in one part of the room, say close to the drawers or in the hallway and no lights by your bed, this is not possible. You literally can't turn the lights down or off by the bed without turning down or off everything. I turned the air conditioning system OFF, but it kept cycling back on. The ipad in our room from which everything is connected wouldn't work because we had a message which when we touched the ipad screen wouldnt work and we had to call the maintenance department. The pool is only open from 9:00 to 4:00, it takes 90 min. to get a burger (good $26.00 burger, but you had to pay $10.00 for the fries which came cold. I sent them back and never got them back. So because it takes SO LONG to get food, they suggest you get a snack, which came in 45 minutes. When we arrived from the concert around 11:30 at night I called room service and when I finally got them after calling several times was told it would be over an hour, because in this beautiful large high end hotel with all the very high end label stores, in my humble opinion, they are not staffed for the enormous number of people requesting food service. And talking about VIEW, it was my 76th birthday, we asked for a nice room and we are use to very expensive rooms, this stay was $1200/night, but we were placed on the 8th floor and had a view of the turbines, which were also noisy. The registration person asks if we wanted to upgrade for another $200/night when we checked in and after what we were paying, I said NO. I overheard on my left and right the same kind of offering being asked of guest checking in, so perhaps this sales pitch is what they suggest their people do. It's just not very customer service related and perhaps I am just old school, but I feel you can have quality and quantity wrapped up into one beautiful offering at a hotel! We won't ever stay again!

Bar tender was on a power trip and was giving mysoginistic vibes and I may have gotten bug bites. I still love Vegas tho

Location, atmosphere

I got bitten in three areas by bugs while sleeping and I was told I needed to produce id for a glass of water at the Casino bar. Which I was happy to do but the bar tender was so RUDE and would not let me bring water to the other guests that were sitting at the casino while we waited forever for a server who never came. In 40 degree weather (we’re Canadian) you need to have water available. It’s not sustainable to not have water fountains in your facility.

It's alright

I like how clean and beautiful the hotel was.

I don't like how it's so far away from action. Also I don't understand why people pay to stay at the Wynn. There's nothing exceptional about this place. It's just alright, neither really good or bad, it's just okay.

The rooms are clean and nice. The shops and the access to them are good too

I don’t like this place and I think it is over-rated. The services were too slow in almost everything. I encountered some ill-mannered staff and I reported it as an unprofessional attitude, but no action were taken by the management. I regret choosing to stay in this place over other well-known places.

Room is extremely comfortable and clean & model design with digital remote control as beautiful curtain and lighting

I step a little piece of glass from the marble floor before I go to the bathroom, my bare right foot has been buried and a little bleeding. It is the first time having this experience in hotel. Very surprised, because the room is so clean and nice. I did let front desk know when I checked out the room.

For such an expensive hotel I would except better service & the double room booking is unacceptable

Big clean rooms

My room was double booked as from my 2nd day. When I entered my room I saw that somebody else was in it and used the bed, shower, and drank and ate in my room. I got a compensation, but still this is not acceptable. You need to pay for WIFI and you need to reconnect the whole time. You can't store personal things in the fridge
