The property is good location was actually close by to places I like to go to like legacy west and stuff.
The property is good but could’ve been better. The building was dirty and the outside surroundings are dirty lots of trash.

The breakfast was great. The location for what I was there for was good.
My bathroom, left side of the toilet down by the floor was NASTY.
No ice on my floor.

Breakfast was great ! And location was great also
It would have been nice to have ac on in the hallways and on the elevator because it was rather warm in those places

Breakfast and beds were comfortable.
The shower door wouldn’t close, no microwave in the room, the sink had hair still in it, telephone didn’t work; therefore, I had to walk to the front desk for each discovery of disappointment. The $50 that was supposed to have returned to my card was not returned. The front desk clerk said I would get a free stay due to all of the things were wrong about my room however, I did not receive any communication nor vouchers to confirm that is so.
The clerk tried to place us in another room but it smelled like wet dogs.

Hanging out with mi amigo y his epiliptic wife. And their Boss.
The concierge where shady. Kept trying to secretly charge me without informing, all though they had the knowledge of which room I was staying in. Better Business Bureau time. “ Reyda “ if that’s her government name, kept grilling me with accusations as if she was a sworn in law enforcement agent who hated minorities. Y otra vez, Better Business Bureau time. En el nombre de Gesus, I’m lawyered up.

condition of room and furniture
bathtub clogged, toilet leaking the whole night and stained, I stayed one week, they never came to clean the room or even refresh the towels, even though I made 4, I said FOUR requests. Breakfast apart of being very simple, was late one day, no one even said sorry.

Location is great. Breakfast was ok. Not great, not bad. No decaffeinated coffee on the coffee bar.
Some of the staff is surly. Most are nice people. The surly ones ruin your image for the rest.

Cleanlyness in the room location.
People smoking weed inside the building and out side the building. Corridor in the 2nd floor smell like a weed house. Children playing in the corridor and at the elevator. Front desk guy needs lots of customer service skills. At check in time we asked for water bottles. His answer was it's not free. Then he hand overs 2 bottles and tells us he is not charging us for them but he don't know if his reliever will charge or not. Then I asked for a room away from the elevator also on the ground floor which I did while booking as a special request. He answers with a rude look and tone that he can give only what is available. Then gives us room 423 ask me to sign the paperwork. After signing gives me the keys. Then takes the keys back and gives me keys for 223. That room was right behind the elevator. At dinner time I went down and asked him for silverware since the restaurant we ordered forgot to provide the silver ware. Same time I provided my CC and asked him to charge for the water I grabbed from the kiosk. He told me he will rather give me free water that's how he gonna be out of trouble. Also he went inside the breakfast area and gave me the silver ware and tells me that that's all he can give me because he needs them for morning breakfast people. He handed over me 6 sets when I asked only for 2. Also we are also one of the morning breakfast people. He looked like he was frustrated with some thing all the time. The body language including his rolling eyes is completely in professional. We are people of Indian Origin retired from Delta Air Lines and currently working for the United States Postal Service. I didn't note his name but he looked like middle eastern origin with bald head and grown beard with Arabic accent. Both times he is not at the front desk while we were waiting for him. We have to knock on the back door and there was no bell to ring.
