Find another place to rent a room

The property was dirty and nasty the pool was filthy outside of my door was a crack pipe and dog poop property was trashy on these different sites that you can book a room such as booking.com and price priceland travaca and all hotel apps you are misleading the customer into thinking that the rooms are clean and nice you got 21 pictures up on your website and never in the room that I went into didn't look nothing like what I picked out or that is stated on the photo.

NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE

Nothing it was awful, nasty and dangerous

It was disgusting, the front desk had to change us the room twice and the first room smelled so bad, the bed had stains and the bathroom was dirty, the second room was floated That’s why we decided to don’t stay that night even if the front desk said that they aren’t gonna refund the money It’s unbelievable the situation, the area looked so dangerous; we could see hookers, dog poop and garbage all around the place The woman of the front desk didn’t wanted to solve the situation PLEASE NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE

There were bed bugs and roaches in the room they gave me and they gave me another one and they were in there to. Then they said I couldn’t get another room and had to deal with it or leave.

Disgusting, horrible, dirty, violent. If you can spend any extra dollar, DON'T STAY IN THIS PLACE

Nothing about this place is acceptable. Seriously. If you have a single extra dollar to choose for another place, PLEASE DO. We chose for Vagabond in comparison to other options because they all looked the same but it's NOT. This place is dirty, decadent, miserable...

The basics were not done: rooms were DIRTY, we found hair in the sink/basin and cigarettes ashes on the side table. Furniture were broken, missing drawer, the room smelled like a whole ashtray. We tried to change rooms twice but all the rooms were really disgusting, dirty and smelly; we asked for a refund and they said they couldn't refund us. People around there look like zombies on drugs, it felt like we were in a crime scene.

Place is ghetto. One of the workers found a 12’ machete in a room. Red flag!! Theres hookers everywhere and even saw a man building a chain saw in the back. Workers were ok. I Got my refund immediately and left!! Never ever again will take my family there to that area. SUPER SCARY!

pleasant and cheap for those that need a place to stay

The area is small and easy to maneuver, on site laundry, drinks and daily house keeping

There seems to be a rowdy group of individuals that frequent the property but not much else is that bad

very nice lady- worker.

extremelly dirty- sheets, towels, bathroom, floor. everything was covered with stains, smell of cigarettes in room, we were affraid to touch anything in a room. if it wasnt so late when we get there, we wouldn’t stay for sure. just next to a highway- very very loud surrounding.

the bedroom was outdated, and it did not look like it had been cleaned since the last visitor. the sheets had not been washed. I found two socks and a nose ring in my bed.

DIS GUS TING! also terrible customer service

NOTHING AT ALL!

everything!! first of all, front desk lady was RUDE. check in is at 2, I arrived at 2:30 and she literally said in the rudest tone “you’re gonna have to wait 15 minutes, I’m in the middle of switching shifts” like what? and then I come back, she gives me the key and instantly I already knew the room was going to be disgusting. I could see from the window that the curtains were all tattered and burned. i walked in the room and it was a disgusting mess. It literally looked like a crack house. it was so bad and it smelled so bad. tagging all over the furniture and walls. the furniture was extremely damaged, the floors and base boards just really dirty. I felt so uncomfortable walking into that room. and a lot of homeless drug addicts hanging out outside of the building and in. definitely not a safe place to stay. not even worth the $50 a night. on top of that, when I called booking to get a refund, they had contacted them and still the manager has never responded. they never actually cancelled my room either after I instantly returned the key and told them I will not be staying here. clearly just trying to keep my money in any way that they possibly can. do not stay here. the staff is extremely corrupt and the motel itself is absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how it’s still open.
