Decent place for an overnight stay

It was very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. It’s a good choice for one night.

Surroundings seem to be a bit sketchy. We didn’t feel fully safe walking around. Hotel seemed a bit dated. There were communication issues in English with kitchen staff while having some questions regarding breakfast.

Fantastic! Exceeded all of my expectations..........

Everything! I enjoyed as always the friendly staff, the accommodations, and the free breakfast. Whenever my travels call for me to come to Bakersfield, this will be my 1st preference. Thank You!

The only knock, and I mean the only slight disappointment was the TV in the room. For whatever reasons the channels didn't match up with what the guide displayed. For example it was say "CNN or ESPN" on the screen, but the channel actually showed HBO or TNT.

All in all it was a good one night stay.

The customer service was excellent and the free breakfast was delicious. I didn't expect the rooms to be as spacious as they were, so that was definitely a bonus.

Just couple of things. It says it was a non smoking hotel, but you could definitely smell smoke. And the other thing was the pillows were super flat. 😕

Nice for individuals to stay but not good for pets.

The room was comfortable.

The location of the room in the middle of the floor on the second floor was not convenient for someone with pets. I was not told about morning breakfast or evening drinks. There appeared to be a cockroach in the bathtub. A crowing rooster in the neighboring house awoke us every day.

We left , we could not stay in the room. Stain on the sheets and on the curtains the room smelled of bleach.

The room should have been cleaner if the stains don't come out replace them.

The stay was fine. The room was clean and quiet for a good nights sleep.

I didn't like having to go back out to the car to put a parking pass on the dash. Then the key I was given didn't work and I had to drag my bag back to the front desk to get a new key. With the parking pass and key issue, it took a lot longer to get bed after a long day.

Our room smelled like cigarettes. The toilet was loose and the faucet of the shower was falling off the wall.

Well located and free parking. Breakfast was good and nice staff.

The room was old and it could use a coat of paint and a deeper clean. The walls were so thin that we could hear people talking and singing until 4a.m.

A nice stay after a long drive

The receptionist (Rose) was so kind and efficient. There was an error with our booking as our reservation was being rejected. There were other people waiting to get signed in and Rose multi tasked while I called Booking.com to get it corrected. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast had some extra touches which made it nice.

No,hot water

Liked the facility

Did not like the hot water did not get hot at night or in the morning.Do not like cold showers .Went to talk to front desk they said they couldn't help me to let it run .Let it run for 20 min still cold.Also no breakfast,was told breakfast was at 6.Came down they said 7,.Came back at 7 still no breakfast.Just went somewhere else.

Parada ideal entre Las Vegas y San Francisco

Que estaba bien insonorizado. El desayuno muy completo (wafles, cereales, avena, fruta, huevos, mini hamburguesa, etc). Cafe de cortesía y al lado de un mall en donde estan desde Macys, H&M, Forever 21 hasta Apple... Parada ideal cuando vas o venis desde San Francisco a las Vegas.

Que los vidrios de las ventanas estuvieran cubiertas con film y no se pudiera ver hacia afuera.

Pěkný a prostorný pokoj, pohodlná postel. Dobrá, bohatá snídaně.

Bohužel jsme nemohli otevřít okno. Navíc klimatizace byla dost nevábně cítit, takže jsme ji vypli a zároveň nemohli ani vyvětrat.

Make sure you reiterate if you have already paid.

The staff is nice, but I paid for ou4 room Sept 30th snd them was charged a second time when checked in.

I do not like that I haven't been refunded yet for their mistake and not knowing how to check our reservations. And now I'm left with out $216.00 Dollars and have yet to personally hear from management. We stay here frequently this has been disappointing.
