The desk clerk gave us exceptional service while we were trying to arrange rooms for two of us coming from different areas.

Very clean and great breakfast.
Room by stairs and elevator was broken so more traffic.

Convenient and friendly and
The only complaint I had was the room wasn’t really dusted that great and also the handicap accessible chair, things for the pool and the Jacuzzi were very very rusted and it was kind of a nasty eyesore

The hotel was conveniently located, very clean, and offered a good breakfast
The beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point of barely getting any sleep. We have stayed at Hampton Inn at various locations and the beds have always been fine, but not here

Room size was fantastic
Our room smelled like urine, there was a dress left in the closet from a previous customer. The mini fridge didn't seem like it was getting cold enough. The black stuff at the bottom of the door to help close and seal it was tore off on one side enough that you could slide stuff under the door.
Having staff working that can't sell you alcohol on a Friday or Saturday night because they weren't old enough.

Room was nice, staff was great, breakfast was good as well
The pool and hot tub seemed like the chlorine was way to strong.

Everything was great. The staff especially was very welcoming and accommodating.
Water temperature, not sure I'd stay there in the winter.

The Breakfast was awesome. Lots of selection. Clean room
No hot water in the mornings. The shower started off a little warm but by the end it was cold. Tried showering early one morning and still the same.

breakfast was not good, even by continental breakfast standards. property was an economy place for sure. not really what I expect out of Hampton.

The Breakfast was okay. Other than the eggs, sausage and potatoes were watery and not fresh.
To start, we had 4 people, they gave us a very small room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a mystery substance on the wall in the bathroom above eye level by the tub. Also in the tub was hair and cracks where the shower rod is connected. The beds were old and very uncomfortable and the bedding was itchy. The plugs in the room were not effective and did not allow us to charge our devices. The Breakfast was ok as long as you stuck to the waffles. The "Buffet Style" breakfast that was promised, was not a buffet, it was self serve and the eggs "omelette" was watery and not flavorful. The sausage was underdone and not flavorful. The potatoes were watery and over cooked. The pool and hot tub were overly chlorinated. So much so that when just sitting by the hot tub with my feet in, my eyes began watering almost immediately with severe burning to follow. I had to use the eye washer. Also, the chlorine smell is still in my sinus' and it has been two days since our stay. There were also people drinking in and around the hot tub, and the front desk clerk came into the pool area and didn't say anything to them. It really was a bad experience.
