Room very spacious . Clean
The coffee at the door is not the same quality as the coffee served at breakfast- it should be ! One thing to remember is the probably the last thing someone has when they leave the hotel is the coffee - you want to leave a good impression so make sure it is a good cup of coffee otherwise wise all the effort you made to make their stay a good one could be for naught if they get in their care and all they remember is that the coffee was lousy

The location

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was perfunctory at best. To get the free wifi you have to sign up to be an HH Rewards member. Even though we were far from the elevators and on a higher floor, there was still a lot of noise.

Overall was a great place to stay for a convention I was at for the weekend. However, just keep in mind the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything!! The guy next door snoring and the people upstairs talking and walking around. Luckily I had read the previous reviews so I brought earplugs, which helped a bit. I got a clean room and didn't have any issues except the noise. Bed is a little hard, but I was tired and was able to sleep.
The breakfast is way overpriced! It should've been free. A basic continental breakfast that most hotels offer for free.

Comfortable beds
Great room aesthetic
Large TV
Pool and hot tub have too much chlorine. I overheard others complaining about it as well. Caused skin irritations and redness.
Room could use some more lighting.

Daniella was wonderful and so helpful. She is really a Gem and I sincerely hope she is valued and rewarded for her great service, attitude, and coolness under great stress- large groups checking in all together.
I was surprised to see the breakfast they were charging 12.95 for. I understand why, as it is a hotel with a lot of rooms and they could not possibly have all the people come get breakfast at the same time. However, it should be better is you are charging 13 dollars for it. It just looked like the breakfasts that all the other places give out for free.

clean, professional feel
love Hilton gardens, irritates me that they don’t provide breakfast at the higher than average price point as other hotels of the same caliber do. it’s incredibly helpful to have some kind of complimentary breakfast for folks traveling with kids.
