Great place to explore all of downtown Newport- just blocks from the waterfront

Great views from roof deck of a large 2 story loft room- creative breakfast choices delivered straight to your room- large gym, easy parking on site- walk to everything in Newport!

Quaint inn in Newport

Spent the weekend here. The hospitality was incredible, felt right at home. Cute, clean room. Yummy breakfast. No complaints! We will be back!

Great location, good facilities but way overpriced.

It is a nice inn that is a modern property in a great location.

It is overpriced for what you are getting and the included breakfast is a huge disappointment.

Superb

The staff at the front desk were all very genuinely sweet and helpful. The suite was welcoming, spacious and clean.

This is probably my bad. However, I could not adjust the temperature in the suite to be just. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was either too cold or too stuffy. We should have asked for help.

Fantastic property with exceptional customer service!

Location is perfect, park the car and within walking distance to everything! Townhouse suite was great, multi-level w/ a very nice deck area. Breakfast delivered to your day everyday! The staff was exceptional, we will definitely be back!

absolutely lovely little Inn with lots of Newport charm.

The location of the Mill Street Inn is amazing. literally a two min walk and you are in the center of the downtown action, every possible restaurant option imaginable. bars night life, shopping etc. but far enough away that once you are on your balcony overlooking the harbor you don’t hear anything. we had a two floor suite, the breakfast that is included is just what you need to get your day started. the kingsize bed was super comfy and the shower and bathroom were clean with plenty of hot hot hot water and great smelling soap. I can’t wait to go back! I will definitely be recommending this inn to friends and family.

Modern but cozy and peaceful lodging at the heart of downtown Newport.

Where do I begin? Clean, comfortable, free parking, convenient location and incredibly friendly staff. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Newport.

Romantic, warm, welcoming, relaxing, perfect location and ambiance.

The service was outstanding - so friendly, warm and welcoming. We were so surprised to find a lovely bottle of local wine and a card in our room, wishing us a happy anniversary. Wow! A little touch that meant so much and kicked off our weekend away on such a fantastic note. All employees were so helpful, courteous and kind, and we loved the location - so central to everything. The robes are soft and fluffy, the shower wonderful, and the breakfast perfect before heading out for a day of exploring. Thank you! We will be back for sure, and tell everyone we know to put the Mill Street Inn on their list!
