Brilliant service, clean, great location

Smoothness easy check in, crib brought straight to the room. Late checkout… clean, comfortable and close to everything.

The restaurant was only open a couple of days. Not enough staff for the restaurant to operate fully. Had to wait in line to order food at the bar to eat in the restaurant.

Noisy but always clean rooms and friendly staff

Always love staying there. USUALLY relaxing and a great time

It was very, very noisy. People above us were walking like elephants. 5:30am people were talking in room next to us like they were the only people there. You seemed very slow when we were there yet seems you shoved us all is the same building and it was clearly evident. This is like the 5th or 6th time there and have never had issues with neighbors before. This one was bad for sure.

Better than even the pictures showed. Outstanding!

Unit came with a washer and dryer, you are expected to launder the hotel towels. No maid service during our 5 night stay. Not a big issue but we didn't see it in any literature, however it may have been our oversight.

We loved the pools and the villa, is was so exceptional and comfortable and extremely clean!

I had booked a 3 bedroom villa and only got a 2 bedroom. There was plenty of room but we had extra kids in the beds 🤣

Family of Six had a wonderful 9 day stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Appreciative of the checkin process by security because we were late arriving. Hotel management policy for after hour checkin was notable. Suite was spacious, clean and more than accommodating. Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Onsite marketplace, restaurant, outdoor grilling stations and 4 pools wonderful. Location, location, location. So many dining and shopping options right around the corner.

loved the Villa. it was very spacious and had everything we needed. very clean and well stocked

clean. loved being so close to the pool for the kids. not far from parking. loved the carts to get our things to our rooms.

Overall it was a good place to stay for our vacation and we would definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed the pool very much, but wish that our room was not right outside the adults only pool, as we have four kids. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cleaning services didn't come to our room at all during our 6 day stay, not even to pick up trashes.

Great weather and 4 pools to entertain kids!

Options of different pools, activity Centre and location. Very safe part of town.

Uncomfortable furniture, carpets and draperies were not clean. We had to wait 2 days to get a crib and high chair. Kids pools were not heated due to a broken heater; no ETA was provided for when to expect repairs.

the location was ok. The space we had in the villa for a big family was helpful.

The main pool with watersides was not heating and absolutely freezing. My kids couldn’t get in. the reason we booked this place was for the water slides. the staff insisted we were informed that the pool has been broken for 6 months. I was not informed until I showed up. It’s been broken since Nov 2022 and I went April 2023. There is NO food or drinks sold or served on the property Mon-Wed every week. that was our whole stay. It is a BYOB “resort”. I’ll say it again: there is no food or drink on the property 3 days a week! it was terrible.

the main draw for our family with small kids was the splash canyon pool. it was ice cold our whole trip. there were 3 other pools but 1 was 21+, another was chilly, so the 3rd was way overcrowded with nowhere to sit. the one restaurant was mediocre and overpriced.

Water pressure was terrible in the toilet and garburator wasn’t working well in kitchen sink. Dishwasher had rusted exposed bits.

Do not rent a unit that has a unit above. Every footstep and other noises were loud and made impossible to sleep. Also, HVAC system was extremely noisy. The Staff was unsympathetic and did nothing so we were stuck with our incredibly noisy unit for 4 nights.

The game room was amazing! Everything was in working order and was really enjoyable.

A couple of the pools were not heated. Also, the pool where I was situated was an adult pool. I didn't realize that I needed to request a pool that is suitable for my kids.

large clean rooms with full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry machines. Two full bathrooms. heated adult pool and hot tub, mirrored family pool. And then a bonus pool with large slide and games room.
