Gute Lage, Schöne Zimmer

Klimaanlage im Zimmer heizte bei der Ankunft , wurde schnell behoben. Shuttlebus vorhanden bis zur Metro. Gutes Frühstück-Buffet.

Generell zu kalt im Restaurant. Meine Frau und das zweite Parr holten Jacken, danach wurde reduziert.

I had good time to stay and rest.

Location is good to go everywhere. Room is big and quiet.

There’s no soap for face and body. No stationary to write down for thanks. Tha channel for hotel information was not working.

I was charged more than double because he said there were only 3 rooms left. And you charge more

Was lied to. Asked for supplies that were supposed to be in room and got denied. Was rudely spoken to by man on the phone. He told me to book somewhere else.

Mold on outside of tub from curtain. No bodywash in the container in the shower.

Very good very short stay.

Clean, comfortable and located near where we need to be.

We bar and restaurant or minimal. We would've preferred larger facilities with more of the menu selection. Prices for food and liquor were rather high, but probably typical for the location.

Gute Lage, von Sheraton hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.

Die Lage des Hotels zum Flughafen und die Anbindung über den hoteleigenen Shuttlebus waren ausgezeichnet.

Bei Ankunft war das gebuchte Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Das Ersatzzimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss und hatte kaum natürlichen Lichteinfall, da das Fenster ohne Ausblick auf einen Vorhof ging. Das Bett war für eine Belegung mit 2 Personen zu klein.

Nice comfy hotel

I’ve always liked this hotel, no fuss, quiet, big room and comfy bed. Quick transit from the DCA. Always stayed here when I’m in town for a quick visit. I last went there during hurricane idalia evacuation, couldn’t deal with the anxiety of having the hurricane coming at me.

Hotel bar food could be a little better but still okay. Good price and convenient

Nice place … but I will not be staying again due to parking fees.

The property was nice and right off the highway in visible sight .

You are a guest at the hotel and you have to PAY to park overnight in a parking deck that belongs to the hotel. It cost me $30 for two nights to park, Smh!!

Made me feel like a second class citizen to be put into a less than deluxe hotel like Sheraton.

Nothing

NO cold water for bathing, phone didn't work, had to change rooms. First room was supposed to have a sofa in it. But this room didn't even have a chair in it. Didn't even have the opportunity to stay in the main Hotel instead was put in to a far less premiere building 2 was absolutely no amenities. Trip was for me to bring my brother's ashes to Arlington National Park -- I was already feeling down and I when I got back to the hotel I couldn't even take a bath because of the hot water situation had to go down three or four times to the desk and then after the so she didn't really want to put me in another room. It was a miserable trip all thanks to this hotel.

Not bad, but could have been better.

Excellent location. Right next to The Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Ample parking on site.

Our room had no working refrigerator. Had it swapped out twice and still couldn't get a working one. Restaurant was very overpriced compared to what you got for your money.

Poor

The staff was helpful because I had to send items to the hotel for a funeral I needed to attend straight from this work event.

I stayed at the Sheraton for 5 days and never had a hot shower. The water was cold the entire time.

not realy somthing

we had to change rooms because of not working toilets. no big deal. but i had to tell them 4 times and after 6 hours they said come down and change the room. this is not how you handle problems. the hotel is outdated.

Love the venue but fix the elevators!

Staff was excellent as they could be! The rooms were nice. Parking was an issue.

Parking was a problem especially when the garage elevator was out of service. Those of us with canes had problems getting stuff from our cars to our rooms and from the rooms back to the cars parked 3 levels below the lobby and no way to transport items.......steps with canes SUCKS! but would have been worse in a wheelchair or scooter!!!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the cost. It was very clean from the Lobby up to the room. The size of the room was great and I will be back.

I stayed only for a night so not much that I didn't like. Maybe faster response to messages sent through booking.
