The staff is really friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help me find a place to store my 11 foot paddleboard overnight. And the place just has such a unique elegance and taste for a small hotel, artwork, mix of old and new, a cute little area outside for sitting by the water fountain. And relatively quiet for where it's located. And I like that they try to be so green, offering use out of metal water containers to refill after filtered water station. Nice free parking right next to the entrance.
They had such a great breakfast when I stayed there about five years ago which I was really looking forward to again, but they no longer offer that since Covid apparently. I find it really a shame if that's still the case for so many places still.

Close to the BART and very comfy place for a quick, overnight stay. Plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. I also like their eco-friendly approach such as the use of water bottles and compostable utensils

This was an amazing place to stay. I’ve stayed in several hotels and this was by far one of my favorite places. Will definitely stay here again and already recommended to several folks planning to visit San Francisco. Very clean and a great atmosphere.
The parking was a little struggle. If you’re driving s larger vehicle, good luck. However, I would still stay here regardless and even push all the suitcases up the hills if I had to. This place is definitely worth it. Neal’s coffee shop was amazing as well and gives a discount if staying at the hotel.

This is my 2nd stay at the Dylan hotel. We love the proximity to SFO and have been able to leave our car there 2x for an additional cost when we travel making it very convenient. It's a great value and very comfortable.

Fabulous, clean, easy check in. Not close to the city but very close to the train and a 25 minute ride to downtown SF.
7.0
location and interieur of Hotel, free hot chocolate and coffee for 24/7
Bed was rather small for queensize, and it was a bit of a disappointment you had to pay extra for breakfast.

Nicer place than I expected.
Train station next door - 1130 pm train sat outside idling loudly for about 30 min. Woke me up. Although nicely renovated, a bit pricy for the type of motel. Probably would have chosen a hotel for not much more. Booking.com advertised one price and charged me another. This is the first time this has ever happend to me with booking.com

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a typical US hotel/motel, located fairly close to the airport and fine for a first night after a transatlantic flight. If you can understand and use the BART travel system, then it is only one or two stops from the airport to hotel plus a short walk. It was located in an area with plenty of options for food.
As with most US hotel/motel’s it didn’t really offer any food, so although tired we had to go out for supper and breakfast.

Staff are always very pleasant. This a cute place. Very comfortable rooms, nearby stores and restaurants. They have wine and beers available up front and park n fly available by reservations. 10 mins from the SFO airport. Has a turntable and vinyl records in the room..very unique place. I've stayed here multiple times and will return again. The balcony rooms are very spacious and comfy.
The rooms towards the back do get train noise. Hard to get to the 1st time due to the one way street in front.

They ask you for a 50$ deposit upfront and never give it back

5 minutes from airport in safe section of town. I like buying just what I want for breakfast at a reasonable price, as I don't want eat in a crowded room.
No fridge or microwave.

Everything was great.
The only thing was that our GPS put us on the wrong side of the building, which had no sign so we had no idea where we were. Fortunately instead of returning the way we came we circled the block and found the front of the hotel on the next street over.
9.0
The close proximity to the airport.
slow elevator

Great convenience to needed transportation (Cal-Train, BART, and taxi, Uber, Lyft rides); staff willingness to communicate, help; light breakfast and free coffee, hot chocolate 24 hours. also on site employee available 24 hours.
