There were little flying bugs in the shower.
3.5 / 5.0
The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom shower was large and I loved the rain shower head. The room was mostly clean. The staff were friendly - always saying hello when we came in.
The molding around our door was missing a HUGE piece. The floor of our room around furniture / crevices could have been much cleaner (like a deep clean is in order). The guests next to us set off the fire alarm in their room at midnight - they were burning so much incense it was filling their room and the hallway. That's not the hotel's fault, but their response was slow and the alarm was going off for a long time before I called down to be sure everything was okay. There are no real amenities at this hotel (no vending machine or snacks available, the safe in our room was broken, bare bones towels, no robes). For the price, I expected a step up in what they provide and that the maintenance of the facility would be a bit more meticulous.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Quality of the hotel. It's small and underwhelming for the cost.

The rooms and staff were lovely and it was nice and clean!
The building work outside my room was extremely loud, including through the night as they had some sort of generator turned on so I struggled to sleep. I know that’s not the hotels fault but I paid for a terrace with views of Brooklyn and would have loved a pre warning as I had to be up early the next morning for an important meeting and couldn’t sleep.

There was an all night party next door. Must have had 20 people on the balcony. Hotel did nothing.

No bar.

Cleanliness, comfort although there can be a few extra bed pillows & free parking
2.5 / 5.0
bed was very comfortable
towels were not bad
very stylish room (albeit dissonant w/ surroundings)
free parking was advertised but they have an extremely limited number of spaces (felt like false advertising)
the location is odd, the entire back of the hotel (half the rooms) back up to a UHaul warehouse center with super bright lights on 24hrs/day 7days/wk to the point where black-out blinds need to be drawn
room itself small but very stylish, although style was dissonant w/ surroundings (that were NOT posh)
felt like staying in a stylish room inside a 5-story garage

rooms were clean and very modern
they didnt clean room and garbage accumulated and ran out if toilet paper.

The room was very spacious and had good amenities. It had good little touches too, like many different lighting options, a really good shower and it was pretty well designed. While the exact location isn't very exciting (our room directly overlooked a U-Haul depot), it's pretty close (just a few minutes walking) to some of the best neighbourhoods in Brooklyn. It also has a decent private parking lot, which we didn't use but is a nice touch in Brooklyn. Good sound insulation too!
They really buy into the "blue" theme which is a little over the top at night: the blue, low, club-like lighting makes it feel it a bit cheap if I'm honest, and is actually a little dizzying on the eyes. Like, truly dizzying, and it made it harder to get our bearings in the lobby at night. The "blue" theme could be a little more subtle and not involve making it feel like a disco at 2am.
Also, while the room was definitely clean enough, it wasn't the cleanest either, as it was surprisingly dusty around the beds.

Clean and new, close to dining
After it was too late I discovered I was charged twice as much for 2 nights as other web sites quoted

This hotel was really clean. The staff was amazing especially the girls at the front desk. They were very helpful very understanding and just made my stay so much better.
This hotel isn’t close to a lot restaurant or store (walking distance,) but it’s OK because once you have Uber eats you’re a great

perfect location, clean, helpful staff

Room was spacious and modern, with large TV, comfortable beds and lovely shower. Staff was helpful, kind, and friendly. There was free parking available with plenty of available spots. While immediate neighborhood is not that interesting, there are public transportation options available nearby.
The HVAC unit in the room was quite loud and I didn't really figure out how to operate it (buttons were worn out), so I unplugged it. However, the room temperature was pleasant.

the comfortable king size beds and the bathroom (huge and clean)

The Linen on the bed looked and felt old, tv is old, couldn’t connect my fire stick to the tv, some lightbulbs in the bathroom didn’t work, and my view was a bunch of U Haul Trucks.

Staff was quick and efficient. It was near a lot of stores and also had a small balcony
The balcony was facing a parking lot when i ordered one that was facing the city. beds were uncomfortable and it did not give romantic vibes at all. its good for a quick stay that's all.

Clean, modern, sleek room with terrace. Great location, extremely friendly staff, 18 FREE parking spaces (first come, first serve). we wouldn’t highly recommend, great value.
Currently there’s construction next door, but this is obviously out of the hotel’s control. Would still stay again!
