The space, kitchen, laundry in unit
AC was clogged because started leaking so we turned off - master bedroom. I think they need to maintain appliances. And pools are runned down. They need to upgrade and make the pool funner. Kids say it’s boring.

The bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom were fine.
It could have had a few staples in the kitchen for cooking. (sugar, oil, mustard, ketchup, mayo) even if it was small little packages they use in sandwich shops. And they could have had maybe some plastic wrap to cover your food or sandwiches. If you go grocery shopping, go to Walmart and not to the supermarket in the plaza just up the road. They are ridiculously expensive. Also, the grills they have outside your condos barely work. They really could use new grills.

部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。
調理器具も全て揃っており、自炊するのに不便はなかったです。
他のホテルもそうですが、コロナ前よりかなり高くなっているようなので、もう少し安くなるとリーズナブルかと思います。

We liked everything 👋

It was way more than what we expected it to be and catered our group of 18 amazingly. The apartments were spacious and big. Having the washer/ dryer in the apartment was a huge plus. And the pool right next to us was great too.
If I was to choose something... it would be the walking to and from carpark to the apartments was a bit of a distance but the staff were ready to help with the golf carts which was good.

The rooms are spacious and super clean. With full kitchen. they have several swimming pools, even though quite small. Tennis/pickle ball courts on site.

We loved the really large rooms with a convenient layout.
Staff accommodated our family group of 4 different rooms by grouping us together
This made it easy for pool time and family meetups. Location is good for Kona, Keahou, Captain Cook and much of Kona activities.
Property is showing some wear and needs a bit of TLC/upgrades.

Really big and comfy rooms with nice outdoor area
Very close to good snorkeling at Keauhou bay
Nice beds
Lots of birds and reptiles around
Our room had an odd smell but this wasn’t a big problem
Suggest replacing carpet with something easily cleanable and less dated
4.5
overall nice and clean
friendly staff
not enough kitchen pots and such for cooking

Front desk was friendly
It is more better if there’s a parking lot close to the unit
4.5
lots of pools close to everything
far walk from the parking lot

The landscape around the entire probably was outstanding.
Upon arrival my husband and I did a walkthrough and noticed a funky smell and saw women’s hair all over the unit. It made us think the unit wasn’t cleaned probably if at all. The second day we found a dead cockroach in the kitchen. Only to find another by the main entrance of the unit. On our last night of our stay we have someone knock on our door loudly and ring our doorbell multiple times around 12:30 am. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered.

Beautiful surroundings, location and close to water and golf. The parking is terrific and units are of good size with laundry facilities. The property is dated, yet a splendid place to stay.
Property needs updating with attention to outside details. Water features were down for most areas and need to be cleaned. Exterior painting is needed yet the colors are tastefully done. Stairs to the upper units need some attention along with creaking floors that are easily heard when staying in the lower units.

it was very clean and all the staff from the concierge, Kevin, Kiehlie were all so kind and accommodating.

it’s a beautifully landscaped resort- w lots of local plants and pretty grounds with water features thruout
It is sad to see the rooms are really showing their age. we have stayed here over a 15 year period, ( we used to have a time share here- but no longer), and the rooms are a good size, with nice lanais, but so so old now. ☹️

Spacious apartment for our family of five. Comfortable beds, well fitted kitchen, good bathrooms. We had never heard of pickleball before but were able to book court and borrow bats and balls, all inclusive. Staff were helpful.
No easily accessible swimming beach nearby - needed to drive. Was walking distance from snorkeling with manta rays (tour).

Grounds are beautiful. Its a resort room, full kitchen, large living room, large balcony, pool we went to was Nice. It was my birthday n our anniversary, I let them know n there was a bday balloon and treats. That was so very awesome...that gets a 10!
Wasn't aware of how the parking was. I should of looked into. There is covered parking thats nice, but its far from most rooms. So you either call a team member to get you in cart, n then feel obligated to tip- or you walk alot. We for sure took cart to room with all our stuff n tipped. Again coming back from store one day n when we cked out. We didn't have lots of cash on us- so for every other outing we walked to car. Not the worst thing.

it was big
it was dirty, needed upgrades, pools were awful and had no bathrooms, we had to walk to our unit far.
we had to walk all trash far.
the staff would just drive past us in their golf carts while we struggled to carry all our stuff to and from our car. NEVER again.

nice property!
far walk from parking lot if you have building 16-20 not many concierge available when convenient need to call to secure a ride if not your walking to the parking lot/ back to the room
