The staff was very nice. AC is cold. Pretty clean.

Nothing was open, no pool, the bed in our room was wobbly, if you sat on a corner of it you would fall off, we had to avoid sitting on that part because you would fall off since it didn’t hold any weight, hotel was booked so we couldn’t get another room. I’m sure the bed was a one-off situation but that’s a quality control concern, if you make the bed and it can’t be used you can’t use that room.

The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed and they over charged for just a basic motel.

The staff was friendly

The hallways and elevators were not clean, they needed to be vacuumed very badly. There were bags of trash in the hallways and out front. The room seemed clean enough but there was only 1/2 a roll of tp in our room and no one replenished it. We had to stop at a store and buy some.

I no longer fear Hell, for I have been to Wyndham Schaumburg

The staff were friendly and you get the idea that they are aware of the really crappy conditions and are trying to make the best of it.

Pretty much everything. First, the entire amenities list is a lie - There's no pool, no fitness center and no restaurant. Housekeeping didn't visit us once; We had to take our own garbage to the dumpster and buy our own bags and towels. Hot water was intermittent. Fridge and microwave didn't work. Ice machines didn't even work... Seriously, even the ice machines weren't functional. That should tell you everything. Neighboring guest hotboxed their room; Not the best place to take the family.

Good location close to work sites. Pleasant staff and comfy beds and accommodations

Under construction, looks like major renovations. Nothing to deter staying there, but property hasn't had advertised breakfast options since last year

The room was basically clean and fairly quiet.

The bed was not very comfortable; the parking lot has severe ruts that make driving or walking difficult; there is a restaurant but it was not open so the only food is a long walk across parking lots and the weather was dreadful. The tv sound was so muffled I could not make out dialog so watching a movie was impossible. The shower would go from scalding to chilly and back.

walkable location to convention center primary reason for deleting this hotel

run down. no restaurant. toilet runs. bathroom fan unusable. old style heating/cooling very noisy. dumpster in front. shuttle van blocking entrance. needs serious refreshing.

Ok Location but not up to Wyndham standards.

The room was a decent size and the location is pretty good.

No breakfast as stated in the description, the beds were as hard as cement and an alarm went off at 7am for about 10 minutes for no reason. When the staff finally got the alarm turned off, it started back up again. Guest services didn't care about the alarm either when I mentioned it at check out. The beds were the worst though! I might as well have slept on the floor! So uncomfortable!

Not even a toast or a bagel was available for breakfast. Not even for a purchase. Carpet was nasty, clipped toe nails scattered all over the floor.

Very good

The room was clean and warm when I checked in. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

For the price, u would think they would at least have some kind of complementary breakfast. At least free coffee and donuts for the guests.

they overbooked hotel, I ordered a king reservation and they gave me 2 beds, had mold on bathroom ceiling, could not find remote for the tv

I liked the free parking and the comfortable bed.

I did not like the receptionists. The cleaning of the room was unfortunately not good, it was dusty everywhere.
