Not recommended for family at all.

Disappointing

The staff was nice, it was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable, the AC wouldn’t stay on so the room was never a comfortable temperature

The staff was nice and friendly. It was just a good location for our venue.

Wont accept your choice rewards number if booked through booking. No hot water to shower in the mornings, was in evening. Only one door to enter when you have to park in the back due to lack of parking. Booked 2 king rooms. Both didnt have a vanity in the bathroom to put anything. Just a sink and mirror, breakfast stopped at 9 even though they say 9:30.

I didn’t like it, won’t stay again.

Great location and very nice the people how helped with breakfast and the cleaning people. The bed was confortable and the size of the room is fine!

The rugs in the room felt dirty. Didn’t smell clean. When the bathroom light was on the vent was on, you couldn’t turn the light on without turning on the super nosy vent. When we turn the vent on I could smell the weed of someone smoking. You could hear EVERYTHING next door. They were the worst room neighbors ever!!!!! The breakfast was poor. The gym was depressing, so I went running outside better. They change towels and take out garbage from rooms but they don’t make the room, they don’t make the bed or clean anything else.

It was ok, I guess. I will not be staying there again. my son was like we don’t usually stay in places like this. He’s r

close proximity to restaurants.

Unclean, fourth floor smelled of cigarettes, tub had several hairs upon arrival. It was difficult to find the outer doors when parking on the back of building. I arrived really late. I checked 3 doors in cold rain with my son about 1am, finally had to drive him around to the front to wait in the lobby while I parked in back and nearly froze to death walking around to the front of the building.

first was as soon as I walked into my room on the 5th floor was smoke…this hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free. opened the window to try and air out but nothing changed. maybe from years of the hotel being a smoking place. everything I packed smelled like smoke when I got home.

Great location close to the highway and decent value for money

We liked that breakfast was included which made the hotel decent value for money overall. The lady in the breakfast room on weekdays was superb. She greeted all customers and kept everything topped up and very clean.

The rooms are a little dated and in need of some refurbishment. We didn't like the paper plates and plastic cutlery in the breakfast room.

we did enjoy the stay not to bad. would I stay again ahhh not sure.

location, friendly staff. breakfast was good. rooms and hallways smell good.

to many people walking around not sure if it’s also an extended stay or kinda shelter. parking lot full of garbage a couple times. bathrooms could be cleaner.

Smoke smell in rooms, dirty

Very conveniently located near Tesla superchargers and nice hikes nearby.

Very dirty property; floors were sticky and the room smelled of smoke. the smoke smell got worse when we opened the window and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. had to sleep with a mask on, and just could not get rid of smell. poor value for money

It was clean and right off interstate 84

Elevator wasn’t working, rooms are not easily accessible, it is a pet friendly hotel and pets are allowed in all rooms, not just designated pet rooms which is very inconsiderate for people with pet allergies. The heating/ cooling system wasn’t working so the heat would not turn off and it was 88 degrees in our room.
