breakfast was good in the room was big
The room definitely needed to be remodeled. I’ve stayed at several holiday inns over the years this was probably the most outdated one I’ve ever stayed at and I was really looking forward to going swimming with all my children, but unfortunately couldn’t due to there being no water in the pool.

breakfast was very good and very clean area
this was one of the most outdated hotels I’ve ever stayed at the rooms were not the same rooms that were advertised on Booking.com. The pool was inconveniently under construction but somehow would be ready by the next week. shortly after arrival at the room, the toilet when flushed would clog and start to overfill. We called the front desk, and though told someone would be up, no one never came. Luckily, we were with a family that had a room right across the hallway, but it’s still was very poor experience, not being able to use your own bathroom in a hotel that you paid for.

It was so uncomfortable to stay

I liked the size of the room.

It was quiet, the curtains blocked light well, and the room had a fridge.
The ceilings in our king bed room were super high giving the room an echoy, cavernous vault feeling. Not cozy and not good with a crying baby. The room smelled like B.O. when we entered. They supplied us with a metal crib which we didn't use since baby would have hit head on the bars. Breakfast was so disappointing - there were no sticky buns, the eggs were badly done and the pancakes were out.

The facility, outwardly, seemed clean and fairly new.
When we arrived at check-in, our room was not ready. The lobby was full of other people whose rooms were not ready either. When they did assign us our room, it still had not been cleaned. In all, it was nearly 2 hours from our arrival till the time when we got into our room.
The bed was too soft and very uncomfortable.

It was nice and clean
The hotel was short of staff and had an inconvenience with the night staff. He wasn’t pleasant with one of my family member.

The size of the room was very convenient. The breakfast was also very good, with different options, at least much better than other hotels of the same category. Soap, shampoo and conditioner Dove is provided. Parking available.
Cleanness can be improved inside rooms and even common areas like gym and pool bathrooms. The mattress of the bed was squeaky and had the “hole” in the middle. We needed more light inside the room.

Hard to find. Few restaurants or fast food nearby. nNeeds repairs and upgrades.

Great location for what we were doing. The breakfast was plentiful with muffins, cinnamon buns, bagels, pancakes (diy with machine), scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, egg white and cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, apples, cereals, yogurt, juices, milk and coffee.
The bed and pillows were comfortable
The room was clean except for the mildew in the shower. We only stayed one night so we didn't shower because we could wait.
The AC unit was an energy efficient one so it cycled all night which kept disrupting my sleep

We were on a road trip and had a very poor experience in the hotel the night before. This stay was so refreshing in comparison! Great breakfast with lots of options, clean rooms, attractive decor...Far better than our previous night. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The AC worked perfectly in both rooms booked, and the bathrooms were very clean.
The hallway was rather hot. Not sure if this was something that could be helped, but maybe turn the AC down in the summer?

What I liked about this hotel was the variety they had with the hot breakfast bar which included pancakes, sausages, eggs, and a variety of pastries. The friendliness of all the staff, the rooms were very spacious and spotless
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the pool not being open.

very nice staff and go choose for breakfast
the mattress was awful , felt like I was laying on metal springs , the A/C did not work half the time, no pool and got a hold of spoiled milk at breakfast

room size was large, breakfast was good
There were bed bugs in our room. We notified the front desk at midnight when we discovered them and with a little insistence, they did switch our room. They then charged us double what we had booked the original room for and told us we needed to work it out with Booking.com even though it was their error. Although all front desk personnel were very pleasant, there was no manager on duty but one did correct the bill after our departure; however, even though notes were left, we have never had a manager contact us about the bed bug experience which I think is poor customer service.
Also, no soap is provided at the sink and some beds had a sheet under the duvet and some didn't which seemed strange.
Additional comment on May 23rd. I note the hotels response of not finding evidence of bugs. The photograph included is one of the two bedbugs we picked up prior to notifying the hotel desk. That is a bed bug! I did not stick around to find more and although we attempted to show your hotel staff both the bugs and the photographs of the bugs, they had no interest in looking at them and verifying their identity. I hope for the next occupants sake, that your company did a thorough job of treating the room!!

Breakfast was good, the porter was fabulous for the breakfast and his hard work. Kudos to him for doing it by himself, he needs a raise! Close to our event.
Basically got no sleep as there was an all night party above us, with loud music, stomping on the ceiling and lots of yelling. Missed the mark for us. Management did address with guests but it was 4am before it stopped. TV had to be refreshed every hour.

Nothing. There was a terrible odor in the hallway of the 3rd floor. Although there were no smoking signs on the doors instill smelled like stale cigarettes. When we came in the front desk informed us that they over booked and gave my room to someone else. There was a hole in the wall of room 301 (my new room) and the 2 queen size bedroom suite had limited lighting only by the bathroom and the night stand. The tv remote didn't work so I immediately called the front desk requesting a new one. Kristina stated she would bring one up as soon as possible. But I guess she forgot because I never got to change the channel. I could barely see the keurig which was stationed on some kind of movable tray. Lastly during breakfast while awaiting those infamous cinnamon buns another guest used her fingers to take some instead of using the thongs/utensils that was available to her. I cannot refer anyone to this particular establishment due to the unpleasant experience that we had. I do hope this helps management address the much needed changes so that the next guest will enjoy their stay. 3 thumbs down.
Please see what I did like....
