Overall good, but would suggest better access

It was clean and well kept. Good facility.

The access was not good. Had to walk besides the house to the back yard and through back yard. Lighting was not great.

Perfect choice for a family vacation

Would totally recommend this place for a family vacation. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, we loved our stay here!

The queen bed is not mounted to the wall, so it moves away from the wall when you’re sitting in bed, but it’s only a minor issue.

The positives far outweigh the negatives and this property is an excellent choice.

Hosts were great. Excellent location. Great amenities. Apartment is basically a full floor of a house including kitchen which was great. Excellent value.

Getting into the unit involves a lengthy walk from the driveway to the back door over uneven grass lawn, no walkway of any kind. Grass from rain or dew leaves feet wet. Also nighttime lighting is motion-sensor and not ideal. Hosts are up early and walk heavily on floor above if you are a light sleeper.

The location was ideal. Close to Charlotte Town and so much more. The hosts were lovely. Accommodating when we asked for a favour and a pleasure to deal with

Great place. Wendy was lovely and very accommodating. Will recommend it to friends.

The property was spotless and spacious. Wonderfully bright in all the rooms but the kitchen. The location was great. I slept better than I ever have when traveling; the beds were extremely comfortable. It was wonderful to have a full size washer/dryer as well as a clothes line. Excellent value for money

The only complaint is that there was no remote to control one-off and volume on the TV. A small irritation, nothing more.

But apt. had everything we needed.

That there was no table on deck, lighting poor in backyard and walking down a hill from driveway, was difficult bringing luggage down. Also the couch was too soft and masterbed mattress was too soft, we sunk into the middle of bed.

They were very quick to respond to messages with any questions. Everything you could possibly need is in this place very quiet and clean.

No tub bc I like baths but it was great to have everything else. And the shower is lovely.

P.E.I. was GORGEOUS and this Airbnb was a good resting place for our nights :)

Code access...no key required. Hosts were VERY friendly and went out of their way for us above and beyond expectations. Beds were incredibly comfortable and it was super convenient to have our own washer/dryer to use.

Owners live on site so they did not like any noise (politely texted when we had the bathroom fan on at night). This would not be a good situation for anyone who wanted to socialize at night. We were tired every night so just quietly watched movies so for us it was fine.,
