The location is STELLAR! Located just shy of Boston, it's a short trip to most anything one wants to see, or do, in Boston. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable regarding what there is to do in the Boston area and how best to get there.
The rooms are excellent! The only improvement I'd suggest is to add a microwave in the room.
Breakfast is great, with scrambled eggs, waffles and sausage; along with cereal, yogurt and various fruit juices. And, don't forget the Coffee! It's also all you can eat, and no one goes away hungry! It's been our most favorite hotel/motel to date.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Because you could hear everything out in the hallways, it was loud most nights we were there. Guests should be told it’s rude to yell in the middle of the night bc it’s disruptive to others.

The bed was comfortable (big bed, fluffy pillows and clean bed sheets). The room was big and functional. The air conditioning worked properly. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was complete with bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juice, eggs, cheese, waffles. The dining space was available for guests to use during the day/ night. There's a big super market close to the hotel, so you can bring our own food and use the space and microwave for lunch or dinner.
Even though it was a non smoking room, the room smelled like (old) cigarette smoke. The hotel is next to a motorway and has poor soundproofing, so you can clearly hear the sound of traffic (day and night). The hotel staff wasn't specially nice or available to help. We asked for the number of a taxi company, and the answer was something like "Sorry, I don't know any.". The shuttle service to/from the airport and T station (JKF/UMass is the closest) is a disorganized process. I can give two examples: (1) We were told we had to call for the shuttle upon arrival to the train station. We did so, and were told the shuttle would pick us up in 10 minutes. We ended up waiting for almost one hour, because the shuttle had to go to the airport (we were told when the shuttle finally arrived), and since the airport shuttle is a paying service, it has priority over the train station (which is free). I understand that, but I would expect letting me know I would have to wait one hour, and I would have decided to walk to the hotel (20mins walk). (2) Upon arrival to the station, we called the hotel for the shuttle, and were told that another guest had called about 10mins ago, so the shuttle should be arriving the station. We looked to the pick up location and saw the shuttle arriving, and driving away, leaving us 20 meters away from the stop. Nobody called the diver letting him know there were 2 additional guests at the station! The feeling we got, in several occasions, was that the staff couldn't care less.

La camera non corrisponde alle foto inserite in Booking. Abbiamo passato la prima notte in un tugurio, poi dopo varie discussioni ci hanno cambiato camera ed era simile alle foto di Booking, stiamo valutando di chiedere il rimborso della prima notte non ho mai dormito in una camera così trasandata e dismessa. La manager mi ha detto cosa mi aspettavo l’albergo è vecchi. Bhe se mi dava la seconda camera subito non avrei reclamato. Abbiamo pagato anche il posteggio che secondo me era incluso balla mia ricerca ma questo è un dettaglio. Fate attenzione e reclamate subito ci sono camere messe meno peggio

Coffee in the room was ok,
We were misguided on the internet site into believing an airport shuttle was included. It was not. Please update that information to not disappoint others.
Could have been more clean. I found hairs on the toilet seat upon arrival. Also the overwhelming dank smell in the front check in was a turn off. I felt badly for the staff

the motel is understaff, always have only one knowledgeable staff in front desk . Check in had a long line of 20 person out of the main entrance, took 45 minutes. Check out or get stored luggage also need to wait for long in line. Location is not convenient if you need to use public transportation. Shuttle runs once per hour only. So need to add extra cost of Uber to/from bus / train station. Facility is old, and not upgraded.

Absolutely everything. There were bloody tampons in the hall by our room. The halls smelled of smoke. The back fire escape door was propped open and when I went to close it one of the im guessing weekly guests opened the door and yelled at me. We slept on top of the blankets as the room was disgusting. Stains on the top blankets, stains on the floor, hair in the bathroom. We woke up with bites on our legs which I’m only guessing are bedbug bites. Absolutely depressing and bummed that we wasted our time and money staying here.

Could not fully comment on the hotel as we never checked in due to the shuttle service being unavailable. We took up the offer of free cancellation which has now been denied as they say we checked into one room for one night- utterly ridiculous.
Subsequent failures to refund our cancellation charges as promised as the hotel wrongfully alleges we checked in. We have photographs to prove we were elsewhere at the time and evidence we stayed at a different hotel. Lack of security means that either someone fraudulently checked in without ID or the booking system is chaotic.
