Localização somente. Muito próximo de um shopping, do WALMART e da Ross.

Faltou boa vontade da recepcionista em explicar melhor sobre as amenidades do hotel. O estacionamento era pago, mas não era contíguo ao hotel e não havia controle de acesso. O microondas tinha cheiro muito forte de comida queimada. O chuveiro é muito baixo (cerca de 1,60 metros de altura). Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Café da manhã era num restaurante adjacente que tinha convênio com o hotel. O Serviço era a La Carte e não tinha muita opção para crianças.

The neighborhood is a little run down and there are homeless encampments nearby

There were not enough electrical plugs in the room. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom the day they had treated the room for pests.

Decide what's more important to you: good location or modern accommodation.

The hotel location is great: steps away from Ross, Walmart, 0.5 miles to Alo Moana shopping center, 20 mins walk to the great Alo Moana beach. The room was spacious with microwave and a small refrigerator. A separate sink in the room was a bonus. Very clean sheets and towels. Parking available.

The building is old. The bathroom must be upgraded. The bath was stained with dirt. Pillows are very hard, I ended up sleeping on my travel pillow to avoid the neck pain. Only one table chair in the room. Room cleaning happens only once in 4 days, although towels can be changed upon request. Noisy window air conditioner and in general noisy environment outside because of the nearby construction site where the work starts at 4 am.

Location! It's conveniently located just few steps away from Ala Moana Center. Walmart is adjacent to the block where Pagoda is and Ross is right across the parking area. You can never go wrong with the location. If you're booking this hotel just to have a place to sleep at night and for your personal care, Pagoda is The perfect fit for your needs!!!

Pagoda is showing its age. It's an older hotel with dated elevator so brace yourself. My room reeked that I had to spray cologne to mask the woody and earthy smell of a very old building.

Not happy to be treated the way I was.

I didn't like that I was accused of smoking in my room when I never did. I lived on the island for 23 years I know the laws n I respect them . I came back to visit my home and was treated wrongly. I wanted to extend my stay for 2 more days but was told I couldn't due to smoking in the room. Yet if they would check there cameras I went down stairs every time . Even when I was locked out at 3 am cuz there key cards didn't work right everyday my key card had problems there wasn't a day were it worked right.

Beds are comfortable. Staff has the Aloha spirit!!! Mahalo to the local staff. Breakfast for $5 was 😋 delicious!

Loved breakfast coupons. Dinner service at the restaurant would be great.

Location convenient for our purpose of this visit. Grandson’s graduation.

No room service during three nights visit. Caught the housekeeper to ask for towels after second night. Saw trash in hallway on the second day.

I walked to Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Beach Park for a Mai Tai at Tropics Bar & Grille.

Friendly staff, Koi pond, breakfast on-site, easy walk to restaurants, retail needs and beach. Secure elevator access.

People at the front desk weren't to friendly hotel room had a musty smell and while booking was not told that it was 29 dollars a day for parking witch is crazy cause you have to park down the street from the hotel.

Good location to travel about town with a rental car.

Ease of onsite parking during the day and offsite parking at night.

I had an upgrade to a room on the 12th floor.Since I am 6 ft. tall,I found the beds,vanity sink and toilet too low.Reminds me of the toilets in an elementary school bathroom.

loved the koi fish pond and the breakfast even though we had to pay $5 per person per coupon. the rooms were okay outdated but the beds were comfy and the air conditioner was great. me and my family stayed it was a great price would definitely stay again

staff friendly, beautiful koi fishes, the location to ala Moana center just a few mins away & Don quijote as well.

we booked 3 different times while we were there; ended up in 3 different rooms first was great. 2nd room the person next door to us was so loud. we had that opening door that the two rooms could open if we needed to for another family. ice box wasn’t cool not cold at all. 3rd room the beddings smelt stink like it wasn’t changed, the bed had indentation of a body bed was super hard.

The location near Ala Moana and places to shop and eat

Whenever I stay at a hotel the front desk tells me about the wifi and they didn't tell me about it. My bf paid for parking to come visit me during the stay and he had to park on the street. No one said theirs stalls by the restaurant. It was challenging to find parking. The elevator was always full when I was waiting for it. I had to wait for another elevator to get in. It caused me to delay my outings and plans for the day. I would a partial refund thank you.
