Overall was a great stay

Breakfast was great. Loved that my room was close to the pool for the kids.

Close too all shopping and right in front of the cinema, Costco , and New Sudbury Centre

Pool area dirty and room was not as clean as I would expected for the price you pay and the breakfast closes too early

Regardless who showered a big pool of water accumulates outside the shower. Very dangerous for slip and fall.

Good location, free parking, hot breakfast, newer build.

Soap scum in bathroom shower, bed linens untucked upon arrival, hot breakfast options limited (no ketchup, milk).

Breakfast was Fantastic >>>> Breakfast staff were right there if there was a refill need >>> Pool staff were also quick to address an issue >>> luggage cart was available moving in and moving out >>> Reception had local knowledge on restaurants and local activities >>> Enjoyed our stay Especially Breakfasts, Pool and Great Hot Tubbing

I requested a top floor, they accommodated me. the ladies at the front desk were lovely when I checked in. breakfast was

so clean - our room was beyond clean and it smelled fresh. everything was perfect and the room was quiet. the pillows and beds were great too surprisingly.

Excellent room, breakfast. Not very close to highway.

Very clean. Nice staff. Rooms were perfect for our needs. Excellent array for breakfast.

Breakfast ended at 9:30am. I wish it was open until 10am because we had to take turns looking after the dogs and kids. I almost missed breakfast.

Miserable

Room was great. Most staff was polite and kind. There were two particular staff that were extremely rude and appeared miserable. The hotel booked 5 hockey teams over one weekend for a tournament and were overwhelmed. At check-in they were very rude about hockey kids staying and made it a point to say they always have negative experiences. I understand it can be stressful to host so many active kids, however, there are ways to deal w it professionally and efficiently. I have worked in customer service for 25 years and this was a terrible representation of a hospitality business. Many of the parents agreed that they will make it a point to never stay here again, which is a shame because it could have been a wonderful and memorable trip for all guests.

it was overall ok, we were only there for one night so no big deal.

the staff were very nice. the room was clean and comfy

the shower was hot/cold couldn’t get a good temperature. the bathrooms in the pool area were disgusting and smelled like urine. the pool shower was also broken. not enough soap and shampoo. and the pop machine only had 2 options of non caffeinated drinks.
