Location. Easy to park & get in/out.
Bed and room were comfy & clean!
Everything was an extra cost: pool, breakfast. Thank you at least for not charging for parking.
Painting touchups in hallways and bathroom made it look rundown.

Great location for what I needed. Check-in at any hour. Good sized TV & good sized bath tub. Very nice toiletries provided. Convenient amenities like microwave and small refrigerator in room.
The heat wasn’t on in the room when I got in at 11pm (it’s winter). I had to blast it in order for the room to heat up sooner than later. The pillows on the bed were not appropriate for a king sized bed, too small.

It would be important to have extra soap, bodywash if need.
The front line staff was very personal. We had kids running up and down the hall.
3.5 / 5.0
Quiet Setting and convenient for destinations we planned for.
The room's heating system needs improvement. Room was quite cool upon arrival and it took a long time for the room to attain an adequate level of warmth. Even then it didn't adequately warm up the bathroom. I have never seen a split on the ceiling. The ones I have seen in people's homes are on the walls. In fact, I have never seen in an inn/hotel.

Parking and lobby were fine. Did not make use of anything else.
Desk chair had piece of cover missing. Comforter had cover missing with just a sheet under it. This was not the room we were to have originally.

Rooms too small sand felt lied to as we did not receive an upgrade. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

Very fortunate to get an upgrade to a suite for one night. Very nice

Very clean , beautiful , cozy
On one occasion I wasn’t greeted by the staff at the front desk as I walked in . The second staff meme er eventually wished me a good night as I was almost out of their sight . I think that should be basic courtesy especially for 500$/night . There was no es use for that , I was seen and not acknowledged.

The room was a 4x4 box, the TV on the wall was even smaller. The room was unsanitary at best, and not only was management not helpful- they were nonexistent.

This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We will never be staying here again and we will make sure to tell as many people as possible to avoid this hotel.
We arrived late (around midnight) after a full day road trip, booked ahead of time, expected a quiet hotel to rest. It was horrible. Starting around 1am, we heard what started as extremely loud and aggressive sex and what quickly turned into a domestic violence situation. Over the next several hours we listened to screaming, hitting, crying, pounding, ect. It was extremely loud, and in multiple rooms, though the room next to us was the loudest. We called the front office who we heard call the room next to us and tell them to be quiet, it of course did nothing and they continued the screaming. We were too exhausted to find another hotel, now around 3am. When we heard the man yell about a gun, we immediately called the police who showed up quickly and stayed for an hour questioning the couple, and it becomes apparent (to the police as well as to us listening) that it was a pimp and prostitute situation. The police finally left, unable to get any clear information from the people. It was now 4am, the people continued to scream and throw things against our wall for another hour before we finally fell asleep at 5am. In the morning, we talked to the front desk and this man was the worst part of the entire stay. He clearly knew about the pimp and prostitute situation as he was denying everything and told us we had a great stay and we were making everything up, he also denied the cops being in his hotel for an hour earlier that morning and basically told us we were lying and he would absolutely not refund us for our 1 night stay where we only slept maybe 2 hours. I want to warn everyone who is looking at this hotel, it is clear the hotel owner knows what's going on in his hotel and may even have a deal with the pimp to keep quiet. It was one of the worst nights of our life.

Rooms are comfy and very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar/restaurant . The Norwalk Inn is always a very comfortable place to stay at a great price.

A fantastic hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived late and thought we would miss our dinner, but the helpful receptionist arranged for the chef to cook us a meal and the lovely bar maid gave us the first beer on the house! Perfect!
Nothing at all.

It was clean & the property was well maintained
I was a bit shocked with the staff. I fell while at the hotel and dislocated an elbow. I needed an ambulance. I was in extreme pain…seemed it was an inconvenience to ask for front desk to call. I had not eaten in days & asked if I could get some toast & juice to settle my stomach but was told I had to pay for the buffet. I was in a sling and not doing well. I guess I expected a little bit of compassion.

Updated lobby and restaurant. very attractive. Room was clean.
Rooms needs to upgraded. The small size can’t be changed, but the furniture and bathroom needs a remodel.
