A lesson learned

It was close to everything. The location was great .

The first room they put us in was a wreck. Toilet wasn't secured to the floor, fridge didn't work, only had a 19inch TV.. it was dark and smelled horrible. Also the breakfast they offer is coffee and a mini granola bar. No juice/milk or tea. The 2nd room was a bit better but we had to listen to people fighting in the room next to us and our keys kept needing to be reprogrammed locking us out of our room. They could have at least offered us a 50 dollar refund for our troubles.

La chambre était moyenne Le bain était sale, le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas Il y avait des petites fourmis Le personnel parle ouvertement contre les clients, et ne prends pas vraiment en compte les demandes. Contrairement à ce qui était écrit, il n'y a pas de déjeuner jamais.

Unpleasant will not be back.

It was only 15mins from AC.

There were flying ants in the room. A infestation!!! The first desk gave us bug spray not a new room or a discount or anything. & they wanted us to spray the bugs. Like sir I don’t work here. And I had to ask him to clean up the dead bugs after he sprayed.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Never have we been treated in such a disrespectful & disgraceful manner by a hotel check-

The property did have a microwave, refrigerator & and an outside pool.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long drive, the guy at the front desk, named Naeem was very, very disrespectful. He only gave me 1 room key for me & my husband, but did not know that another guest told me she had 3 room keys. He lied & told me he only gives out multiple room keys to guests of 4, which was a lie. This made me to believe he was discriminating. Also, the TV in the room did not work & he was upset because he had to come to our room to see what was wrong with it. He also argued with my husband because my husband asked him why did he disrespect me when I was asking for another room key. He is a very, very nasty, irate, belligerent man. It’s really a shame. Because if him, I will NEVER stay at this hotel.

Nada horrivel pior hotel que ja fiquei

Pessima limpeza cafe da manha nao existe somente um cafe e suco , e pra comer somente barra de cereal , o quarto e horrivel toalhas e roupa de cama velhas fedendo e com buraco, banheiro muito sujo e pequeno, a piscina e minuscula e fecha muito cedo.

In the computer the picture of the pool looks big and it wasn't. To me the pool was dirty.

I like the area Galloway. Many restaurants and stores.

False advertisement with the breakfast.

All in all the hotel staff was courteous and friendly as I said before, I just wish I was able to stay a little bit long

What I liked most about the property was the pool and the friendly hospitality.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Avoid if possible

Beds were comfortable. Clean Sheets. Allowed dogs, Shockingly, no bedbugs, at least in our room.

See Photos. DISGUSTING grounds and property. No pride. Wyndham should be ashamed. Repaired sidewalks covered with packing tape. Entrance has a huge repair right as you walk in, no one bothered to fix.------Garbage everywhere. No trash or recycling cans for patrons to use. Dog walking area was so full of dog crap you couldnt walk near it. Poo Bag stand with no bags. Dog crap everywhere else. Back of motel woods filled with mattresses +junk. Dumpster area completely open, filled with boards, tires, broken chairs. What if a child or dog got hurt? -------The WORST: Right across the parking lot with room view: Dangerous Tank thing rusty and rotted the size of a Railroad car, with this open hole "covered" with a rotted, black mold plywood "cover" exposing the hole. What if a child or dog fell in? ----ROOM: Heat/AC unit filled with dust, unusable. Cabinet doors sagging. Furniture scratched ——Rm phone didnt work, called front desk on my cell, and was brushed off, no one came to replace or fix it. We wondered why TV was on when we checked in: Remote on-off didnt work, only channels + volume. No one cared to fix or replace it --No fire exit info, no maps, no local delivery info-------ICE VENDING ROOM: to the wall down left of the ice machine covered with mold, scared to get ice as surely the ice machine has not been cleaned. -----------"BREAKFAST ITEM": 1 table/2 chairs. They banked on "Covid" w/a Covid Notice as their excuse to avoid serving a true continental breakfast, yet there was no mask requirement, no hand sanitizer, no distancing notices that would suggest they truly were concerned about Covid---------They just used Covid as a ruse in order not to pay for a normal breakfast for patrons, at least muffins pastry yogurt fruit w/coffee + a few places to sit. They only provided a 1-Per-Person child size granola bar. No sign Out of Juice How greedy can you get?

A Wyndham night.

My room was located on the first floor. The room was exactly how it looked online.

It was chilly the night I stayed, so I used the heater. Woke up to a puddle of water on the floor.

The color of the walls, the bed was comfortable

Staff is very unfriendly. Missing shower curtain in our room. Hot water wasn’t working. Dirty wash cloths left in bathroom upon arrival, lots of ants

My stay was miserable. It was my worst experience in life.

I didn't like anything

Based on their ad they are supposed to provide breakfast, but there was only coffee, juice and granola bar. This does not call breakfast. It's a cheating. Also, bed clothes and towels looked dirty. TV was very small. My family was very unhappy with me. It was prepaid, otherwise I would have gone to another place. Booking.com should return my money.

immediately, when we open the door to the room, it smelled clean. I liked that I had hardwood floors. nothing negative really to say. it was close to AC Convention Center. a lot of places to eat.
