Wouldn’t recommend. Maybe we got unlucky but there has to be a better place than this to stay…

The location

The place was dirty including our room. The breakfast was disgusting. The pool light had fallen out and bare wires were exposed in the pool and we were instructed it was fine to swim in. The cost for what we got was absolutely not worth it.

Big, comfortable bed

We didn’t find it very clean. Cleaning was done very roughly in our room, full of dusty spots in the bathroom.

Superb

The couch and chair was beautiful. Like new. Comfy and we had a great visit with our daughter. The King Bed was great. Nice room layout. Quiet.

Good for a night

Location was great, right off the highway but not noisy. Pool was good. If there was any sound in the hallway you could hear it. With a baby trying to sleep that wasn’t ideal. The breakfast could use some work. The eggs were not edible they were mealy and had a bad taste.

overpriced but good stay

Clean, spacious room, well equipped staff were friendly gym/pool looked nice but we didn’t use them

multiple stink bugs in our bathroom when we arrived which we had to remove breakfast was average at best, also staff told us it ended at 9 and they were still open when we left around 10:30 which was frustrating by the side of a motorway so not the nicest area (but we expected this) expensive for what it was

Would stay again if it was less expensive

Breakfast had all the basics - cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, waffle machine, etc. Massive tv in room. Clean. Comfy beds. Quiet and good location

Price is quite outrageous, but last minute and no other reasonable options

Our stay was comfortable, but the ending was off putting.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. We loved that there was a waffle maker. But all the granola had nuts in it. No allergy safety

We thought at first that the hotel was very clean. But my partner was drinking the water in the lobby and soon discovered there was remeniec of fruit flys in it. And while we were packing up our stuff to leave the next morning. We checked behind the bed to see if we had dropped anything and found someone elses food wrappers stuffed between the headboard and mattress. It made us question if the sheets were changed. So that was unsettling.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable & within walking distance of food restaurants & bar. It has a nice, small pool with towels provided. Breakfast & beverage station available.

was very accommodating as we arrived 1 hour earlier than planned, we were still welcomed to our room.

the inconvenience was They weren't able to make coin exchange for laundry facilities.

Supply and demand for price point...mau stay in Kamloops next time.

Priced more than the suite when we stayed 2 weeks prior. It was an overpriced cancelled room as we had been looking and none were available. Not a great location as close to a busy road/intersection.

Good people, good location, good hotel

I like the fact that you don't necessarily need a credit card, there is a way for people to still be accomodated with a deposit that's a huge thing for a lot of people that can't access a credit card.

there is nothing i dislike about your facility its awesome and we always stay!

Very good

The waffle batter was separated a little but everything else was good. Pool area was very nice, pool could have been a bit warmer though. Bed was a little soft and pullout bed could use a better mattress.

The hotel is in a great location for our needs. Easy checkin and checkout.

Breakfast was adequate. Our room was in a great location for our dog. Easy to slip out for walks. The location was very quiet and we had a great nights sleep.

Our phone was broken and we couldn't call out.
