Affordable place in great location close to SOHO but don’t expect any comfort, style or quality interior.

Good location, quiet

Interior is very dated, suite didn’t really accommodate 4 people. Kitchen very, very basic, borderline unusable. Old school AC (noisy). Overall, not a place you want to spend a lot of time at.

Great location, friendly and clean.

The location is great and it was clean. We had all we needed. It was a great place to stay for a family.

The kitchen could be fitted out with a fee more spoons/pots etc.

located in the coolest part of NYC! loved it. adequate kitchen facilities. great value. air con worked well. immediate helpful response from staff when there was a plumbing issue.

the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and the extra camp bed we enquired about was expensive.

Great Spacious New York Base

Great location, safe, bars right downstairs and good food close, transport close, really spacious place

They dont have a plunger and they warn you that the toilet gets clogged. Just give everyone a plunger rather than make them go downstairs and ask its awkward

excellent hotel and location would definitely recommend.

The room was so spacious, clean and refreshed every day. The perfect location. I have to mention the Reception staff who were friendly and helpful especially Gabe and manager Tariq. They both couldn’t do enough for us, lots of advice and information to help us on our trip. The location is perfect lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance. subway close by and walking distance to China town and little Italy. The Bowery district is vibrant and lively we loved our stay here.

Comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff and ideally located in downtown to many attractions

The rooms were comfortable but could've been bigger as there were four of us. Two on the sofa-bed in the front room sharing kitchen and dining space and a TV wasn't ideal Kitchen was functional and so were the bathrooms. There was cleaning every day and fresh towels placed which is a bonus. Just needed more clothes hanging space

Tiny rooms and the location gave the impression of being unsafe although nothing untoward happened to us.

Comfortable, value-for-money and very good location

The apartment complex is very conveniently located, away from the main tourist hotspots which we prefer, and was within easy subway, bus and walking distance to everywhere. The price was extremely competitive to other options such as hotels -- finding cheap accommodation for a family in NYC is tough.

The apartment is a little old, and the kitchen could have been better equipped - there was only one fry pan and no pots. We had an issue with the stove, but the staff came very quickly to try to fix it.

Exceptional

We loved this location because our hotel was close to many good restaurants, interesting places to visit, subway stations, and supermarkets. The housekeeping was excellent (tip the maids). The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I liked having a kitchen that saved time and money in the morning. I also enjoyed having a tub. AC worked fine. OffSoho is an older building, and it is part of its charm!

The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, with gaps as long as five minutes.

The furniture is a little old and the bath's drain was so full of hairs that to draw a bath for the baby we has to clean it
