We were upgraded to a suite from a 2 queen bed room, and they provided another bed - the room was a good size and v comfortable - beds good. Location is relatively easy to get most places from including MFA and Isabella Gardner Museum, plus central eating and shopping, a 20 min walk to Boston Common and further 5 to Beacon Hill. The front desk and concierge staff were almost all unerringly welcoming, polite and helpful, as were the door staff and porters. Refillable, water flasks, coffee on tap and decent quality treats on offer a lovely touch and much appreciated!
Perhaps the reception area could be brightened up a little - and other than one slightly surly front desk person on day we left, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located to grab the T to anywhere you’d want to visit but also within walking distance of Fenway & music venues. Staff was great, very clean hotel, room & bed were comfortable, a lot of great food & bars nearby.
The sketchy 7-11 next to the hotel- no breakfast or coffee

Proximity to Fenway.
$ 650 is outrageous for one night

Location Friendly staff. Clean

Reason for travel was to see Red Sox and Blue Jays play. Also to see Fenway was a dream. So the location of hotel was ideal. The size of room was excellent. I liked that it was slightly oversized compared to most hotel rooms. Room was very clean, beds were nice, my adult son commented positively on the shower. I was very happy that the air conditioning worked well with a modicum of noise. The best part of the hotel was Nick the Concierge. Jovial, helpful, on spot. Great to meat you Nick, we are still talking about you and trying to imitate your accent.
I just felt for $500/night that there might be more facilities. Maybe Bagels or a small continental breakfast, something. Also surprised you don't have a pool at $500/ night. Neither a big issue. Maybe I am out of touch with hotel pricing in the U.S.

Excellent location. Every single staff person was respectful and so, so friendly.

Beds were very comfortable

Concierges help me numerous times to obtain items which I required. I locked myself out of my room during my brief, but oh so enjoyable stay, and was given a new key with minimal frustration! Had I stayed longer, I would have availed myself use of the GYM much more! I didn't have one negative experience during my stay! Great Job Management & Staff...keep up the great work!
Spending money, but that's not on you!

We loved the room bathroom shower beds everything inside! Also the convenient walk to Fenway and also the subway right next door for easy access to ride to the aquarium and to the back part of the freedom trail which we started from bunker hill monument and uss constitution! Clean subway and easy to figure out where u needed to go even by just googling it and trains coming frequently
Maybe just having the valet charge part included when I first purchased or just included in whole total price that I didn’t know or realize it wasn’t already included

The staff was fantastic!! S gave us great service. The valets were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Great location to the Green Line, Fenway Park, MGM. Reservation department was able to handle a special request quickly and correctly.
$40 Destination fee was unexpected. Not all amenities listed were available. No free WiFi($20/day), no microwave, no coffee maker in room(You could get coffee in the lobby), credit card was charged almost $100 more than bill(waiting for them to call back). Restaurant was overpriced for the amount of food you got. $40 lamb was 4 extremely small chops. Never have seen lamb that thinly cut. No paper bill was given nor did I sign anything for our 2 day stay.

Very friendly staff, very clean, nice bathroom
Small lobby, no amenities, tiny room for that amount of money (though huge bathroom).

I didn’t eat breakfast. The location was great. It was central to everything I was planning to do. So close to Fenway I walked there instead of having to drive and pay for parking.
The price was a little much. The room was great but I would think people would be hesitant to pay that much if they were staying a couple nights.
