The plus is the hotel is located right next Buccanon Air Field, which is great as we had a flight out of there. The room has large picture windows which is fun to watch the planes arrive & take off. There was no plane noise at night. Beds were comfy. Front desk staff were nice. Also right across the street is a Starbucks and Trader Joe’s.
Our first room had a little ant problem in the bathroom. Monica at front desk helped us change rooms right away, thank you. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall a decent stay.

Room was as expected, but not as good as my previous stay. Staff was helpful.
Power outage in middle of 100+ heat. No air conditioning for hours, plus I had to go up and down stairs (I walk with a cane and have arthritis in my knees). There was no reduction in charge due to this, which I thought was poor of them.

Great people and quiet 🤫

The atrium!
The walls are very thin. I could hear the conversation of the occupants in the room next door.
3.4
Location was ok.
The staff was absolutely awful. The man who checked us in barely said a word and when I asked a question I was dismissed very quickly and curtly.
3.4
Was nice and peaceful.
The rude worker in the front.
3.4
Workers were nice. Easy to park. Elevators very close to parking lot. Nice design to the hotel. Keeps noise levels at a minimum.
The rooms were a good size, too much wasted space though. Upgraded TVs would be nice.
3.4
Very clean very quiet the koi pond with actual fish was nice ! The front desk was nice as well he handled everything I needed in a timely manner
The 16.00 parking fee

Close to freeway
Not very clean

I'm from the area and was familiar with the location, which was convenient for me.
The room was inundated with ants. I spoke to the front desk and they said they'd send someone to deal with it. I left for the day, but it was no better upon my return. Also the couch had holes in it and the pictures on the walls had obvious water damage. The front desk did offer to move me, but I was there to tend to the death of my father and it just seemed to much trouble.

The atrium was pretty. The fitness center and pool were bonuses. One of the desk personnel was nice. Her name was Maria.
Noise level not good! People bringing baggage across stone floor can be heard into the room. Also walls are thin and you can hear kids or adults talking loudly. Every time I would go outside of room the smell of weed is prevalent. It makes you wonder if the employees are imbibing on their breaks. I’m not weed snob, just don’t want it in my face all the time! Had problems turning on the shower water. Had to call maintenance. Evidently this is an ongoing problem and they don’t plan on fixing it until they do hotel renovation.

Lobby looks nice but outdated.
Filthy hotel. Bad customer service. Waited until 4:30pm before our room was ready - hour and a half after check in, and it wasn’t even clean. Smelled bad.
3.4
Nice entry and general feel of the place
The tub for the shower hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There seemed to be a fair amount of dust in it.
3.4
Friendly staff and clean
The hot tub was out of order

The room was awful and dirty and smelled bad

common areas are nice, beds comfy very clean all bedding including blankets washed completely, small fridge and microwave in every room.
1. No restaurant on property, had to drive for breakfast .
2 . room oddly arranged with one of queen was totally pushed up to wall while the other bed had a huge space on the other side with a long heating cooling unit on the same wall as headboard so it blew in the face of person sleeping on that end. poor design.
3. Very small restroom.
3.4
location
no water in room , walls are thin I heard the neighbor all night long …: no restaurant
3.4
very courteous staff and perfect location
dining experience lacking and not enough soap!
3.4
Gorgeous courtyard and nice pool/jacuzzi area (though in the center of people's rooms so I worried about my kids splashing being noisy). Parking was gated.
Hotel backs up to airport runway so there was noise from this. Kids liked watching planes and helicopters but it wasn't super quiet.

Nothing really.
From the moment I went to the front desk, the employee was very short with me. Inquired about online pricing, hoping they would just match, but was instructed to book the pricing on the website. After booking the room online, I was then told that they would call me back to the desk in 5 minutes as it takes time to show up in the system. Lobby was absolutely empty, so not sure why I had to leave and come back.
The entire night from check in to the next day, fire alarms and flashing lights were going off continuous, interfering with my ability to get a good nights rest.
Attempted to order from the restaurant for dinner. Had to be patched in from the front office over and over again, as there was only 1 person cooking and overseeing the entire restaurant, so phone calls would not get answered. Couldn't find any menus to order from, called front desk and was told that I need to go online and find the menu. Once I found the website and finalized my choices, I soon discovered that you cannot actually order anything online, but have to again reach out to the front desk, get patched over to the restaurant and then give order if they picked up.
After order was taken, I was then told that there is no Room Service and to come pick up my food in 20 minutes. Doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of actually ordering Room Service if you have to actually physically leave your room to go pick up your food?
The most insane issue out of all of them, was the fact that after you pay for your room, leave an extra $100-$300 for "incidental" costs, the hotel makes you pay an extra $16 to park in the lot? I will never be coming back here and will never recommend or refer anyone I know, including my enemies to this location. Bad from the start, in the middle and end.

it was quiet and the bed was comfy.
the parking charge
3.4
The beds were very comfortable
The walls were to thin, you could hear other people in their rooms, no screens on windows and gaps so air and noice came through loudly, such as planes and helicopters as the airport is right next to you and within steps to your window, dirty and damaged furniture in room and in hallways. Hidden parking fees.
3.4
I liked the atrium with all the beautiful wonderful plants and the koi ponds. Thank you for the nice day I will come again
The parking is too expensive and should not be priced when you're paying this much for a room already .
3.4
The room had the basic needs met.
The price for the value was not good. There were people loitering around the outside doors of the property smoking at all hours of the night. This hotel seems more like a cheap hotel that drug dealers and prostitutes frequent.
3.4
I liked the bed, the sink, tv, size of room, chairs, desk, Keurig and big window
I didn't like how the staff seemed like I was always asking for too much. Like when I asked for toilet paper the guy seemed like it was such a ridiculous request but said he would send someone up. 45 mins went by so I called again, he said the same. 15 mins went by and someone finally came up. My needs seemed like such an inconvenience for them and I barely asked for anything my entire stay. Mainly because I felt like I was bothering them. Also I absolutely hated the location of my room, granted they said they would change it but I declined because I thought the loudness would only be for the first night for a wedding. I asked if there was any other events going on and they said no. My rooms window went right into the middle of the hotel so I couldn't even have my curtains open which made my room gloomy. From 5-10 the bar area was extremely loud and roudy. I left to stay for a quiet trip because it's so loud in my house only to come stay at another loud place. I should have changed rooms when they offered. The faucet to the shower was falling off but overall the room itself was pleasant and nice. Just the staff seemed so bothered by my simple requests

Clean and close to freeway,
The person who checked us in put us on the first floor next to the lobby/ garden area , and didn’t let us know there was a party in the lobby area that night for 5 hours. The music from the party was so loud I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t hear my TV, the room was vibrating. I felt like I was being tortured. I think the employee should have enough sense not to put customers in that room next to loud music.
3.4
The location was great for what we were in town for.
No hot water in the bathroom sink. The faucet by the coffee area splashed every time we used it. Room was moist when we entered.
3.4
bed was comfy, staff was friendly.
room/furniture/decor/carpet was beyond outdated, window was not sealed with cold air coming in, barely any outlets for plug-ins. Restaurant was closed. Pool/Jacuzzi was closed. Considering all of the above, price should have been half that! This place needs a complete remodel.
