It Was Just Ok

I liked that the hotel is in a nice area. We always book a 2 bedroom suite at a Residence Inn when we are on trips

I frequently stay at Residence Inn's with my family while on vacation. Mainly because they are clean and spacious, and offer a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and full-size fridge. From the minute we arrived, our fridge was leaking. Maintenance arrived, but nothing was done to fix the issue, no follow up from the hotel staff was done either. The free internet was also not working so my children couldn't play on their tablets. When I called the front desk to ask about this issue, she wasn't able to help because she didn't have any knowledge about internet issues, so she transferred me to a number that wasn't in service. The room backed up to the freeway, so it was also noisy at night when trying to rest. The breakfast offered could've been better as well. Our room was also never cleaned at all during our stay. I guess it's more disappointing to me because usually staying at a Residence Inn is worth the money. Unfortunately, that is not the case at this location.

Wonderful

clean, close to the freeway leading to many destinations like Walnut Creek, Bay Area, San Francisco etc.

The groundskeeping was a bit slow to clean the foliage outside the doors making it tough to keep the place clean given that housekeeping only came every three days.

they charge $500.00 extra just to sit there and provide poor plumbing 🪠 inside the expensive cost They also have no common sense about putting old people on two flights of stairs breakfast so so don’t bother here it’s a poor view and color rm Shame on me for using Booking.com

Creepy place

The shower.

The staff gave a bio Hazzard attitude and dress. The bell hop and the cafeteria matron were the only friendly people there. At check in added a 200$ deposit per room but would not included in room receipt..they said it was returnable but there's no record of it. the rooms had a strange odor giving us headaches and made our clothes smell strange. The room numbers were not visible, building numbers only visible but not listed on key envelope.

we enjoyed our stay and the staff were all very friendly and professional.

It was nice having a suite for all 6 of us and the beds were king size and comfortable. nice having two bathrooms as well.

No hot tub, but the pool was nice.

The lobby smelled liked a dead body was there. The smell was so bad that I almost threw up. They had guests staying there and were parting all night smoking marijuana upstairs and the smell came through our room. Guests with loud music till 1am and we couldn’t sleep. The hallway outside our room had trash and had not be swept never. All our dishes was left in the dishwasher unwashed. It was a horrible experience for the money we paid. It was obvious that guests stayed there to come and party. We were never told that the pool was closed so we couldn’t use it. The only thing that was good was the manager was nice and gave us $100 off, but not worth the $1500 stay. We left one day early because we couldn’t stand staying there one more night.

It was just an OK stay for me and my family

I liked the bed it was comfortable

Room had an odd smell to it when I first arrived! Sink and bathtub drained the water very very slow I almost thought it was clogged! Carpet seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed!!
