Die Lage war super. Zimmer war groß aber halt ganz normaler Standard.

Keine möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer sich Wasser heiß zu machen. keine Kaffeemaschiene. Völlig überzogene Preise in der Minibar, und völlig überzogene Preise im Hotel. Halt Las Vegas.

Emplacement parfait sur le Strip avec vue sur la tour Eiffel et le Bellagio. La décoration de cet hôtel est tout simplement incroyable... Mais, tout n'est pas parfait !

Pourquoi uniquement 3 grandes serviettes quand il y a 4 clients dans la chambre? Pour un hôtel de ce standing, je ne comprends pas! Beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs (fétards nocturnes) Manque d'un plateau d'accueil dans la chambre avec une machine à café

Some mobile check in machines were malfunctioning (taking guests licenses, timing out, entirely online), slowing down check in /check out. Small pillows.

Beim einchecken eine Schlange von ca. 250 Menschen ist nicht akzeptabel. Eine Wartezeit von 2 Stunden ist nicht nur inakzeptabel sondern eine absolute Frechheit!

Although it is a nice hotel, I don't think I'll ever go back.

The room was nice. The shower was a dream.

Check-in process was a nightmare even though I pre-checked in. The lines to get keys were like the TSA at Thanksgiving and no one from the hotel was around to answer a question.

A great way to wrap up our vacation.

We arrived early and got an early-check-in with upgrade. We really liked the hotel and location. The Horseshoe pool was closed so a lot of young, somewhat rowdy people at the pool. Long lines for checkin and coffee.

Outstanding location & comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Our two rooms were on the same floor, as we had requested, and both had stunning views of The Strip and Bellagio fountains over the pool as per the description when we booked. The rooms were spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The central location was ideal for us to explore the city attractions and other hotels, and the pool was large with plenty of loungers available. Self-parking was easy in the adjacent multi-storey car park and good value at $20 per day. We had a fantastic celebratory meal in the Eiffel Tower Restaurant.

The selection of breakfast options within the hotel itself could have been better, and were expensive as you would imagine, but there are lots of other options available in the Malls, so go explore!

Es un buen lugar para estar cerca de todo aunque aún así debes caminar mucho. Si no quieres salir también funciona porque dentro hay mucho que probar para comer

Es caro para estar pocos días pero en general la ciudad es así. Deberían regalar agua en las habitaciones solo consigues en el gym

Servicio al cliente, hubo un inconveniente con la habitación, asignaron a dos familias en la misma habitación; entraron con la misma tarjeta otra persona a la 1 am y tuvo que ir el Supervisor a nuestra habitación a las 2 am para verificar que estábamos en la habitación correcta 😱😤🤯 solo nos dieron un día sin cobrar los servicios de alberca 😒 después del susto e incomodidad que vivimos!

Great Paris in Las Vegas

Location was awsum, almost right on the strip.There were shops abd food joints in the property which were very very convenient

It appeared almost everytime that we were in horseshoe and not Paris hotel.I paid for Paris abd not for horseshoe. The checkin into varsille tower was a long wait abd tge tower was very very far from the front office of Paris, had to wait for 39 mins to check in and no water or welcum drink was offered. The hotels are charging so much , they can at least provide a non alcohlic welcum drink. Not to like, another thing, lost as always in roulette Most importantly, there was no coffee maker in the room

Very bad customers service by Paris hotel and by Bookin com

Good location

I am having a horrible experience with Booking. I have prepaid for 3 hotels with Priceline. It asked me to list all guests name, which I did. Apparently , the system assigned all 3 hotels to 3 different guests in our party. The last hotel was reassigned by Priceline to Booking.com. the entire itinerary was fully prepaid in January. When we arrived at the last hotel , Paris Las Vegas I was told that our reservation was cancelled du to mismatch between the names on the credit catd and regostered reservation. This room was prepaid, I didn't choose to register it to another guest name, but we were denied the reservation. We had to take the room that was available at this time at much higher rate and pay again. I did not receivenotification from the cancellation, nor was I refunded the prepayment. After we returned home I called Priceline and was bounced to Booking com. I explained all situation and was asked to submit an original reservation and proof of payment and the 2nd invoice. Which I did right away. After a week nothing happened. I called back explained all over again and was asked to submit my credit card statements and bank account details. Now 3 weeks have passed I keep getting the requests to submit the same info again and again. It seems that they are just stretching the time in order to avoid d3aling with the issue. I get responses from a new person every time. No action have been so far. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Booking has virtually no customer service support and don't care about your satisfaction. The mess up was done on their part, between Priceline , Booking and hotel Las Vegas and they make me suffer and pay the price of their mistake.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Location

Property accused us of smoking in our room because thier fresh air detector apparently went off. We advised this was not the case but they still charged us with no authorization and staff did not care to help. Shrugged us off and said nothing they can do and the ‘big bosses’ won’t do anything as there sensors are 100% accurate. Funny thing is they couldn’t show us the report for the rest of the trip. If you are considering this place, don’t do it! Stay somewhere else!

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys. Big room, great view of eiffel tower. Centrally located

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys,but not very functional. No fridge (but can request for free), microwzve (can't request), no instruction booklet, shower lacks inside shelves, ongoing construction was annoying (found loose carpet nails in room). Not worth the money

Overall, the hotel is nice and has nice restaurant options and an arcade for the younger guests.

Room was located closer to the elevator, not at the end of a long hallway, and quiet. Happy to have a regular refrigerator, not a mini bar. Liked the location of the hotel.

Bathtub surround was not fully cleaned. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were not good. It was disappointing not to have a coffee maker in the room. Amenities such as towels and pillows were minimal., "just enough". Disappointed that the jacuzzi was under construction and not accessible. Room service closed very early, we got back to our room around 8:30 pm and couldn't get hot water for tea or a dessert.
