Great location in the town and close to the park. Our room was clean and comfortable.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was good for walking around. The breakfast bar was more of a snack bar, however there was a good variety.
The parking was not great. Someone was in our spot and in the morning we had to wait for a delivery truck before we could leave.

Location and the staff. The staff is AMAZING!!
Needs updated. Smelled a lot like Lysol trying to cover up a musky smell.

Staff was nice
Old ass beds, bugs in the bathroom. Not cockroaches,.. some kind of tiny beetle looking thing. But there were lots of them. If I was camping, fine. But this was a hotel. That's a problem. Oh..if you didn't slam the door, it didn't lock.

Location was very convenient to downtown Jackson. Plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance of the Antler Inn.
A minor inconvenience that the office and complimentary breakfast area did not open until 7am. There was plenty of notice of the hours it was open.

The room had a dining table. Beds are comfortable. The room was clean. The location was right across from an organic market and the town square is nearby.
Staff didn't even bother to barely greet you. Answers by staff to questions was fairly monosyllabic. They didn't even always bother to even turn around to speak. This is the most unfriendly welcome I've ever had in the hospitality industry. Renovations were under way and there was a lot of noise in the morning. No safety precautions were made for guests - no detour signs for where to safely walk so entrances got blocked and power cords lay across walking paths. The toilet was right against the wall, which was unpleasant. The room was very hot.

The location was the one of the only redeeming factors of this hotel. The bed was decent too.
It was dated, dirty and old. The carpet doesn’t even go all of the way to the wall. The worst was the dated bathroom. Everything was from the 1950’s and just dinghy. The shower didn’t drain for 10 minutes after I got out having filled beyond my ankles while showering. Staff was rude and inattentive. Price was astronomical for what you get. Surely there are better places to stay for over $300/night.

Clean and decent size room
The air conditioner was so loud and kept me up all night. While it wasn’t the hotel’s fault the room next to us had EDM music playing all night and it went off when we got up at 6 to leave for the airport.

Condition. Definitely needs updating

We were upgraded! Instead of 2 queens we got 1 king and 2 queens. Traveling with 2 teens kids so everyone had a bed. Town square is a block away

convenient location reasonable price
room was a little crowded by the furniture against the wall which narrowed the entrance to bathroom

Good location
Complete lack of interest by staff, unwelcoming reception person, no housekeeping provided, so I had to empty my own bins and make a trip to reception for fresh towels and toiletries. Limited reception hours, coffee machine unclean, vending machine not stocked, poorly maintained.

The location of the Antler Inn was excellent. It was near local attractions and easy to locate as well as come and go. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was traveling with my elderly father and went by the hotel prior to check-in and requested a lower room and this request was done when we returned to check in.
It is sad that they were understaffed. This however, did not lead to any inconvenience to us during our stay.

The location, the quietness and the size of the room.
The price should be less expensive, mainly by the lackness of the breakfast.

The location was so convenient. The rooms were decorated nicely. It looks like they are upgrading with quality items. While it’s not inexpensive, it’s a good value for Jackson Hole.
We had a second story room and there is no elevator. the exterior looks worn even though the interior looked just fine. They only offered coffee. It would be nice to have some breakfast offerings.

There were lots of places nearby to eat. It was very clean and tidy, with good quality toiletries. The decor was pleasing, old western style.
The bathroom, although clean, was tiny.
