We were happy to go outside in the fresh air.

The staff was friendly and responsive

The air vents need to be cleaned out. They made breathing uncomfortable when the heat came on. The floors needed to be mopped.

Motel 6 at a Beat Western Plus Price. stayed at both a Contort Inn and Extended Stay nearby. both are less and better value. The gym is a remote location and the rooms face a major through fare. Be ready for road noise. If you’re looking for a hotel with gym and a good nights sleep - look elsewhere

Not the best location in the city. Old hotel with some type of reno. Better outside than inside with a constant old odor.

I like that the rooms have no carpet. I also liked that there is a washer and dryer on site. Breakfast is available.

The front lobby staff was not very friendly. When I showed up to check in he did not seem like he wanted to assist me. I did not appreciate his lack of attention. The room is comfortable but it is old. The bathroom was clean, but it could definitely use an update. The breakfast was very limited, so I was not impressed. We went out for breakfast.

PERFECT Get-a-Way!!!!

The property was beautiful. Perfect size complex. I appreciated getting a room on ground floor since I am unable to climb stairs. Our room was lovely & our view outside our sliding glass door was perfect & so close to the pool!!! Thank you. It was a great time together for my two sons & myself as we were close to the beach & many restaurants. Clean room as well throughout. Staff was kind & very accommodating!!!! I'm sure the breakfast was good as I saw others enjoying it & it smelled good too. We decided to skip breakfast so we could get to beach before the crowd. Thank you for everything!! OH!!! The parking was outstanding......everyone had their own spot!!!!(good planning)

I don't think I would ever stay again after this expierence.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

My husband got sick because the air filters where very dirty and our room had an AWFUL smell the whole stay. Our toilet also kept not wanting to flush and our bathtub seemed not fully cleaned.

It was what it was. Adequate at best.

Convenient location. Roadway wasn't too busy. Everything was clean.

Parking was an issue. Bed was VERY soft. There was an issue with key cards during check-in.

Friendly staff

Room wasn't fully clean and the towels were stiff and stained. Our lock on the door with the key card didn't work at all so we left valuables in our car.

Very good

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. My event I was attending started at 3:30 so she allowed me to check in around 2:30. The breakfast was good. The room was clean.

The flooring outside on way to the upstairs rooms needed upgrading.

WiFi was good and there was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was okay, however boring after the second day (it's almost the same every day). Quite close to Disneyland.

Very noisy air-conditioning/ heating. It that clean and quite worn-off. No shower gel, just soap. No room service during your stay.

I am a stickler for clean air vents. the one in vanity area was not clean. a good vacuuming is in order. I see this in places I stay pre often than not. also the sheer drapes were ripped in two places.

Passable

I liked the cleanliness of the room and lady who was working at the breakfast area. Her smile is one of the most beautiful smiles I have ever seen. She greeted me even when I left the hotel and she passed by with her car. She is so kind, polite, gorgeous. The lady at the front desk during afternoon was ok too.

Night Shift Receptionist was not that welcoming, paper plates and plastic silverware, no assistance with the luggage, place doesn't have an elevator, very poor breakfast options.. Will not book it again.
