Awesome stay in Orange County!

The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the bed, it's super comfy with soft pillows. I liked having a smart tv and big couch which could also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower were very big and spacious, really enjoyed that. The room was amazing overall. I also liked that they had snacks, medicine and water available to buy, sometimes you just forget something and don't feel like going out to the shops. I had a late checkout on the last day and the receptionists were more than happy to take care of my luggages while I was out exploring.

There was one day where the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bins were emptied however the rest of the room was left undone. It could have been by mistake but I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. The window couldn't be fully opened, I assume maybe because the room was on the ground floor and people could have access from outside. The problem is it gets stuffy with the fitted carpeting so being able to open the window would help with air circulation. Breakfast was mostly good, although some days it seemed like there wasn't a lot of food variety.

Overall, a great location for a hotel but it’s weak in a few areas considering the cost.

Breakfast was nice and clean with great staff caring for it.

Room didn’t get cleaned for two nights in a row. Beds too soft Water pressure very poor

Сняли двойную оплату. За номер 110$ Депозит 100$ - при этом заставили ввести Pin , а значит они не думали возвращать деньги. Не дали Инвойс при сдаче номера, не прислали Инвойс на почту, Обманули два раза.Когда говорили , что возврат денег будет через 3 дня.И ещё раз, что вышлют Инвойс. на эл.почту. Не прислали, т.к.это было бы доказательство, что они взяли лишние 100$. Отвратительно. Испортили все впечатление об Америке. Не рекомендую пользоваться их услугами.Аферисты все работники

We had all the amenities we needed for a 4 day work trip

The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

Being near the elevator was a bit noisy and the usb outlet would shut off after removing the key card. We figured it out eventually.

It was pleasant enough. The staff was accommodating.

This was a handicapped room. The bed was so high that I was unable to get into it and had to sleep on the sofa.

FABULOUS - Spacious - CLEAN - amazing location - super friendly and professional staff - very COMFORTABLE - we stayed the night going to the Darker Waves festival and it was just perfect - would stay here again and again - Better than advertised!

This is our third stay in this hotel. Over all we were comfortable. Very happy about the breakfast

Room is large, our 4th floor room had a beautiful sunset view, breakfast has improved greatly since last visit. The location is convenient to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also free charging for our EV.

No privacy in bathroom. Toilet is tiny and low to ground, flushing handle on backwards. “Nightly rate” is a base rate and doesn’t reflect what you end up paying.

Disappointed. Firsr and definitely last time I stayed here.

Room was spacious and had a nice working space.

Receptionist was rude, incompetent and demanded ridiculous and irrelevant information. TV was not working properly and had to be reser several times.

The location is always ideal by friends and Bella terra.

If this hotel looks me up; this is probably my 8-10th stay there. It was by far the worst. The gal at the front desk was so put off we arrived at 2:30 after driving 6 hours. She made it very clear that no rooms available and we were early! She also showed me the list of people in front of us who will get rooms first 😂 who does that. Then we went to eat and she said she would text; no text. Then I changed my reservation once I knew my daughter was coming with me, to two beds. Upon check in; the gentleman was so bothered when he gave me a room with a king bed to share with my 14 yo daughter…. No…. 🤨 We were out from 9-4 on Saturday; room not cleaned 😳 I will need to find a new favorite hotel; I wouldn’t want to put the staff out any further…

Over all stay was very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was superb.

Close vicinity to shopping mall and restaurants.

Comfortable, clean, great location, good breakfast.

Loved the location, shopping centre across from the hotel and the 405 around the corner.

Had to pay for parking (10€) and that the room service is every 3 days (not that it’s a problem) but when I asked “what do we do with towels that have been used” they said at the desk, to put them outside the room door. I found that a little tacky cause when we arrived to our floor the first thing we saw was towels on the hall way. Not a good look.

this hotel is not worth the asking price , I had no rest during my stay due to noise and urine odors

Location

Noisy , strong urine odors inside room , hallway has a foul smell , other quest was smoking , noise very strong through the hall way and between walls. Property manager professionalism was a 2 over 10, kitchen members was unfriendly , may be all staff there can get more hotel management training , very disappointing. Not a clean facility.

I did not like the bathroom door with the bright light coming thru to the room and waking others up. The window should be covered or changed.
