Good staff compensated for a misleading website.

The hotel staff were wonderful. They understood our problem (which was not of their doing) and pulled together to make things right for us.

This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle - it does not! The one-way fare to or from the airport is $40+. This seriously changes the whole value equation for this property.

Wonderful place to stay

Clean courteous and nice people no outside noise other than what was in the room and a very comfortable bed sleep very well.

Not nice. Staff had no ownership and it feels like they’re doing tot a favour

The room was big and comfortable

We booked for bed and breakfast and for only bed on the final day! There was no breakfast! And we weren’t even told! We only found out when we went out of our room. They casually told us there was no breakfast, and we would get a refund for the breakfast. I’m still waiting for that refund!

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Location for UVA is great.

I have never spoken to or been spoken to by a hotel manager as rudely as I was by the manager of this hotel. I tried to amend the reservation but she refused to work with me on that and told me she would just cancel my reservation. I ended up having to keep it and paying for an extra day that I didn't even use due to her unhelpfulness and rudeness. People like this should not be in the hospitality industry and should be able to speak to customers politely and kindly. Will never stay there again on principle. Gave a sour taste to our whole visit.

I liked the breakfast, the staff was very friendly. I had a perfect night sleep. But the rooms could use some updates including new mattresses. Otherwise, it was a perfect location.

The beds were not comfortable, but everything was clean and well kept.

For a wedding

They were very helpful. I asked them to mail package for me as were were leaving at 5 am Sunday they were helpful

I Received notice Thursday 6-3 my package did not arrive at the recipient address and now they want to charge me 50 dollars for it being late. Please verify the package was mailed or they will be charging me hundreds of dollars

We came to Charlottesville in December 2021 and stayed at another facility. It was dirty, hard to get to our room, and o

very clean and close to where we needed to be for doctors appointments at UVA.

Very clean and comfortable for the price!!!

Room was very comfortable and updated. Bathroom was particularly nice!

Indoor pool was advertised but not open. This was a major reason for selecting this hotel. Please update the website to reflect that the pool is closed due to Covid! Also, minor issue, but the shower head was pointed at the back of the tub enclosure and couldn't be adjusted down into the tub.

Never again.

There was no breakfast, not free and not for pay. The restaurant seemed to be mostly closed.

There was no room service. I was told that this was to keep the cleaners safe. Only one cleaning every 5 days. But this was certainly not reflected in the room rate. Neither was it announced beforehand. As a base cleanliness, the room was lacking as well. The hallways were downright dirty.
