The breakfast was good to have there. Wasn't much of a selection but I mean at least there was something.

Some of the wash clothes and towels had stains on them and the pillows had black stuff on it. It was two pillows on each bed and one pillow on each bed had black stuff on it. Also we found icing on the floor like the floors hadn't been cleaned. Also card entry went down in the entire building and so we couldn't use the key we had to go to the office and get someone just to get our room opened that sucked my family waited in the cold for them to come open the door.

Excellent value for the money

The room was roomy and updated. I particularly liked the wood-look flooring since I have dust allergies -- carpeting can be stained and unappealing. We were happy to have the mini fridge for our travel food. The breakfast was good for the price.

we had a lovely stay, overall. we wouldn’t mind staying there again in the future.

room was very spacious. and clean.

literally surrounded by all these other hotels. while there was plenty of parking, the parking lot was awkward and cramped.

Check-in was very smooth and easy. Covenant to shopping, and university. Clean and comfortable. Great value for the stay. We have stayed multiple times. Usually calm and quiet.

This stay was not very pleasant. Upon check-in, I had to pay a cash security deposit even though my card was on file. The first night there were cops that swarmed the hotel. The second night kids were running ramped up and down the corridors on skateboards and knocking on the doors. This was after 11 pm and lasted until 1 am. Upon checking out I was told that I would receive my deposit back to my card on file to which I explained that I paid cash and would like it returned not in 7 business days but immediately. I did receive my deposit back. I have been staying here for almost three years at least 2 or 3 times a year. I had just a bad experience this time.

As always great customer service. Kathy was very respectful friendly and caring young lady who made my accommodations so easy. I am forever grateful for the entire staff who makes my life so enjoyable and the laughter as well as the conversations.

first room had pet fur everywhere!! it wasn’t just like a hair here or there it was almost as if a dog was living in the hotel room for months with no housekeeping being done.

Superb

Location is close to my doctor, and it is clean with refrigerator and micro . After Dr visit I'm exhausted, so I like to stay in. Freezer worked this time, but didn't previously. They listen .

I have a special diet without soy, so i cant eat what's offered. It has noise, but that is ok for me.

A standard budget priced hotel. If you're room is not next to any maniacs or drug addicts you can have a good nights sleep.

The handicap room was nice and clean and comfortable.

A little noisy; but they did provide ear plugs. That’s a new one on me!
