We were visiting family and the location was ideal.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but on the mirror in our bathroom it said we would get clean towels, trash removed every other day. We were there for 3 nights and that did not happen.

Breakfast was good. They let us check in early. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.
The beds were uncomfortable so didn't get a good sleep. Room was a bit small. Wish we knew about the road construction in the area before booking.

The front desk staff were all very helpful. Our party was tired about 6+ hours of travel and because of a computer update we had to wait longer than normal at check in. It wasn't the front desk's fault, and we were given a room upgrade. Every person we spoke with was friendly. The room was clean, smelled fine, and we had enough space.
I wish it was easier to get to the RDT but that's up to city of Denver, not the hotel.

It was convenient to our family activities.
We had to change rooms due to a plumbing problem that could not be addressed over the weekend.

We didn’t have the breakfast.
The facilities, furniture including the bed felt and looked old. Maybe an upgrade is necessary like wood vinyl flooring and better more firm beds and better quality pillows.

I travel quite a bit and have come to trust Hampton for their consistency in the level of hospitality. While the staff was very helpful the level of accommodation was lacking.
The room was clean but there were no lamps or other lights in the room other than the recessed lights over the beds. There were no chairs other than the desk chair to sit on while in the room, forcing you to sit on the bed to watch TV. Speaking of the TV it only had maybe 10 stations. No local stations, no movies channels. The towels in the bathroom were clean but at a level that you would find at a YMCA not somewhere spending what I spent for this room. There was no paper at the desk. I needed to make a note of something and had no way to write it down other than a napkin that I had to go out and find. The food available at breakfast was very lacking. The grocery store brand ice cream in the Suite Shop was disappointing after a long day of working.
This was more a level at a much lesser quality hotel than this national chain.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful! the Breakfast was also very good and they have a variety of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff worked diligently to fix it.
Our room was a little disappointing. I hate to say that because we generally stay in Hampton Inn’s on our trips. The bathroom door was cracked and jaggety, it looked like they had to break into the wall and tried to patch it with wallpaper. Around 8am you could hear the housekeepers talking very loudly in the halls- it woke us up almost every day. Just not the quality I was expecting with Hampton.
