Great location - we took the LINK from Sea/Tac and had just a block to walk.
Beautiful corner room with view of the harbor and wonderful staff who had us in our room by 9:30 a.m. when we arrived after our Alaskan cruise. 100 year anniversary of the iconic hotel and we loved everything about it!

Beautiful property, great location. Loved the bar and restaurants at the hotel. Everything was fabulous.

Beautiful lobby and grounds. The check in process was smooth and effortless.
The double bed room and beds were very small. So small, in fact my son ended up sleeping on the floor and had a horrible nights sleep. Also, be sure to read the fine print - we removed some drinks from the mini bar to place our own sodas inside to keep cool. We replaced the mini bar sodas but were charged $6-8/can for each one we touched even though we didn’t drink them. No mini fridge was there for us to use.
The valet staff were also incredibly rude. They laughed not so subtly behind our backs when we decided to use the parking garage instead of paying to park at the hotel.
The hotel is nice, but not for what we paid. We honestly get more at a 4 star hotel for less money. We won’t be back and would recommend others stay elsewhere, save their money, and just visit the bar on the lobby for the experience.

We just live the ambiance of the hotel and all of downtown. We have been coming in special occasions for years!! Lots of great memories made here.
Valet parking prices. Not enough seats in the bar when it’s busy!

we like that the property was centrally located. We were in town for a concert at the stadium. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room as well as on site restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately, our junior suite was not available when we checked in they did give us another room that was fairly comparable and day hotel credit for the inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again, but may opt to book directly with the hotel.
We would’ve liked to our original room type to have been honored

Very kind staff, they were polite and exceptional. Staff helped with my young kids and helping me set up WiFi to be able to finish work on my laptop. Will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Close to Pike Place
Too expensive, parking and bfast no included.

The staff went above and beyond at every turn to accommodate our needs and changes. It was wonderful.

The staff were all so lovely and so accommodating and so professional.

Poor service in the bar.
4.4
The people who work there are super sweet and the whole vibe of the hotel is cool. The interior design when you first walk in is chefs kiss.
Better service, more amenities for the price, cleaner rooms, more towels in each room, more pillows on each bed, enough coffee cups & coffee pods for the amount of people staying in the room.

location, comfort and quality service.

Hotel was decorated for the holiday season, had a warm and inviting staff, and our room was clean and well appointed.
Nothing…loved it!

Friendly staff and good pool/hot tub
There was a holiday party or wedding reception going on and the music was so loud we could hear it in our room until past midnight. Once the music stopped, the windows were so thin we could hear cars revving engines and sirens all night. Worst nights sleep at a hotel I've ever had. I had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to get in contact with someone to get earplugs too.
Also, not very allergy friendly for the dining options at the hotel/room service
