Overall, our stay was enjoyable and offered good value for money. We would recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well-equipped with most of the necessary facilities.

Unfortunately, the hotel balcony overlooked the car park and the rear of nearby buildings. A view of the beach would have been preferable. Additionally, the hotel's swimming pool was on the smaller side and quite deep.

The elevators in the tower badly need replacement or updating. Long waits for the elevator hamper the overall experience.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. I would stay over and overs I’ll always request my same room. The breakfast was great, location was great, happy hour and dj at the pool was amazing.

Great position and a spacious room.

The position is excellent. The room was spacious with a great view.

The shower was difficult to use. The carpets need replacing.

Perfect location.

Great location, short walk to beach, shops and supermarket.

Our room was in the old tower. Still very clean and comfortable with air conditioning but quite out dated and worn.

nice time in hawaii

All the folks who worked there were very nice! The elevators were a problem, and it was loud. The room was nice, bed comfortable etc., bathroom was a little cramped/small. The amenities like the coffee maker couldn't be plugged in where it made the most sense to use it, and the reading lamps on the beds should have been by the center/night table. I don't think I like the idea of the extra 'resort charge' since except for wi-fi (which was good, and it was nice that I only had to sign in one time) I didn't use any of the options.

위치가 매우 좋아요~ 더 좋은 호텔에 묵었을 때보다 위치 때문에 만족도가 높았어요~ 길게 머무는 여행객 일 수록 더 좋을 듯.

방음이 아쉬워요. 어린 아이가 있는 가족들이 옆방에 묵거나, 늦게 까지 수다 떠는 여행객이 들어오면 제법 예민해졌어요. 자다가 깰 정도였거든요. 숙박객이 바뀔 때 마다 영어, 일본어 돌아가며 다 들려요...일본어는 뜻은 몰라도 발음을 따라하라고 하면 하겠더라니까요...;;

mirror in accessible room is to far unable to use. please install a make-up mirror so we can use that mirror better

The PK made my holiday.

Never had breakfast. The location was great and the pool the best of any of the local hotels I have stayed in. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice short stay! Worth it!

We had lunch when we first arrived along with the complementary drinks from the hotel for celebrating our honeymoon. Staff were amazing and friendly.

Great location and comfortable small room. Value for money at this expensive location

Very close to Waikiki beach without the beach front price tag. Neat, clean with comfortable beds.

We got an upgrade but the room was next to the mass of aircon on top of the shopping complex next door. The sounds was relentless. I hate to think what the original room was Iike.

Would stay again!

Check in was easy and we were given access to our room early which was very nice after an overnight flight. Great amenities which included a mobile wifi hotspot so we could minimise using roaming.

A bit loud at night but that’s just the nature of being in downtown Waikiki near the beach.

Way to overrated for the price

Very central Waikiki . Walking distance to beach and tour pick ups . Lots of food options

Certainly central with all the noise and hustle and bustle. Sirens all night. Elevators are dated clunky and loud and tiny.

Apart from the incidence above it was good

The location. Liked listening to the singer by the pool

Asked for late checkout, was quoted an extra $100 to stay till 2pm. Went back to confirm next morning and was quoted $200 to stay till 1pm! I could’ve paid for an extra night for just a bit more!

ハパルアマラソン参加に伴い、アクセスしやすいロケーション。基本ハワイ訪問した際は定宿です。

シャワー及びバスタブ老朽化で水圧弱く、お湯がためられずでした。ただそこまでの問題ではなかったです。
