My stay was terrible and will not stay at another La quinta or Wyndam.

Extremely disappoiinted. I called the place 4 times and they hung up on me. I called and selected the reservation option and someone picked up. Instead of taling care of the shuttle that I needed she tried to sell time share to me. The shuttle finally came probably 1 hiur later- the drive acted as if the passengers owed him an apology.

The bed was ok, but unfortunately the place was not clean.

My child is in a wheelchair and they couldn’t get me a wheelchair room after asking Trash was everywhere outside the dumpster Watch your bank account they will keep charging for rooms WHEN U LEAVE

Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Spacious, 2 double beds with a couch sitting space. Lots of room for repacking suitcases.

No towel bars in bathroom area for hanging up towels while using. More healthful snacks for sale. Breakfast ended at 9:30 am on weekday, too early, should be 10:30 am.

Loving the room size

I like that it's close to my airport job site. I like how large the room and bathroom are. I like that's it safe. I felt very comfortable there.

I didn't like that you have to pay everyday for parking. And parking in the front is limited. My door key card had to be activated everyday. I didn't understand why.

Disappointing

1) The reception doesn't answer when you call them at the phone... me and my friend tried multiple time to call them to book the airport shuttle to get to the hotel and no one answered. At the end we had to call for an Uber. 2) When we finally arrived at the hotel and we did the check in, we explained to the guy at the front that we weren't able to book the shuttle from the airport and his answer was really annoying. He looked at us as he wasn't believing us and he was super annoyed by us and rude. 3) The day after when we woke up, we found a big bug on the wall of our room. That's definitely unacceptable. 4) When we left, we managed to book the shuttle to get to the airport at 12.00pm , we went outside to wait a little bit before 12.00, just to be sure to be on time... to be honest we could have wait inside with no problem. The shuttle showed up after 25 minutes and the reception even had to call it to ask where it was. I was definitely expecting more by this hotel, I'm really disappointed.
