Avoid and look for better place for airport hotels need guest !

It's an old, rundown, and filthy hotel. The room was so dirty that I had to use my cleaning wipes from my camping gear. I had to do this to make sure I could endure the night. The breakfast had a awful 'doorkeeper officer' at 10 a.m. She shut the doors. Sorry No coffee refill, nothing. The service was poor all around.

I think it a run down tired place with a touch of new decor and new pillows on the looby couchs which can't make up for all the shorlt coming

Thiefs Paradise

Security is a joke. 6 cars were broken into while i was there including ours. WHERE WAS SEC URITY? Apparently helping the thieves. Then when you called for security they wouldnt even show up. Find another hotel to stay at.

We overnighted after flight from Italy and Holiday Inn was very comfortable.

Free Shuttle to and from ATL that ran 24/7. Breakfast was delicious.

No room service.

Light switches hard to find. When I switched lights by door, they didn’t come on so I had to prop open door and stumble around to find light I could turn on.

Our stay was very comfortable!

The hotel was very secure! You needed your room keys to get in and out of the parking lot, up the elevator and through most of the doors (besides your room). Also, it was very clean. For our stay in particular, that was a huge plus as we had been staying somewhere that wasn’t clean at all. We felt very comfortable. And the restaurant/bar area was very nice. We didn’t go, but it looked nice!

We were a little shocked that you had to pay $14 a person to get breakfast. We were under the impression that there was a free breakfast, similar to most holiday inn branches.

I personally will not stay there again or recommend this particular hotel.

Size of room

Woke up to 2 roaches in my bathroom. They had a college students setting off fire alarms for hours and people had to exit rooms. I watched older people in fear because they had no idea what to do. It’s was 100s of 18-25 year olds that took over hotel that weren’t guests. Elevators broke. It was Terrible.

I was stuck in Atlanta due to the storm. My plane was late and I missed my connection.

Nothing. Due to storms I was stuck in Atlanta. I tried to book a hotel among all the other things I was trying to do rebook, eat etc along with a million other people. Somehow I booked the hotel for the next day. I remember putting in the correct date so I don’t know how that happened. No hotel room and out $170 and had to stay in a crappy Hotel and pay again. BS

The entire hotel smelled like weed and there was no parking. Took over 45mins to find a spot at the hotel

The staff was kind, the bed was comfortable.

It took a really long time to get checked in because there was only one person working the desk. She was lovely and doing the best she could but there were about 30 people ahead of me in line so it was quite the wait. I didn't like that I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, and felt that I couldn't call the desk to see if it could be adjusted because it would've taken even longer. Considering how much I spent for only being there for a layover (less than 12 hours) I don't feel that it was worth what I paid.

I had to pay $ 100,00 as an extra deposit at the hotel desk. The employee said it would be refunded, but this didn’t happen until today! The three rooms were fully paid in advance.

Very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

Booked a suite for 5 people. Only get 2 breakfast vouchers. $15 per person for others. Breakfast provided was low quality. Have to pay for overnight parking. Elevators are old and slow.

Excellent staff

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 9 pm. Then it turned out it was ready but no towels. Staff was super helpful and worked swiftly to fix the situation

easy access to airport.

no towels available - had to wait to have a shower as a result. and no cutlery for breakfast as they had run out! hotel was full with a dance competition group when we stayed and it was noisy all night.
