I would come back to the AC Hotel whenever the bathroom works and improve the cleanliness.

We liked very much the room and beds were very comfortable.

We did not like that the sink of our bathroom was clogged during our whole stay. Someone went to repair it but the repairs did not work because all the time was clogged. They could clean the rooms and the bathrooms better. These were always smelling unpleasant.

Great price for value!

Very clean and great price for value. Also very close from all the parks and attractions. Staff was very helpful all the time. I would definitely try to stay there again.

The only bad thing about the property is that you have to pay for parking each day you stay.

very comfortable stay for 7 nights, close to Disney parks. nicely quiet and relaxing before and after a full day in them

We liked everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. check-in was super easy with Destiny. The breakfast was delicious, incredible croissants. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds super comfortable. I liked the open closet and the bench, it was easy to store our sort our things for the week. we were 2 adults, 1 child, stayed for 7 nights.

I wish we had the schedule for the shuttles to the theme parks ahead of time, aka prior to check in. some made sense but others departed from the hotel either too late if you want to get to the park very early, or returned too early. but location was nice and close enough because we ended up taking Lyft cabs to get to Disney parks early and it was less than 12$ each way. We used the hotel shuttle to go to Universal Studios and it was efficient although you should plan 30-40 min to get there between traffic and other stops at hotels. We were there only for the theme parks so we didn’t rent a car. between the shuttles, Lyft, you can easily manage.

Todo sin embargo, la ubicación fue clave. El servicio es de calidad y el desayuno muy deliciso, creo que volveria a quedar en AC sin dudarlo.

Good location, friendly staff, cleanliness was so so.

The location was good, close to attractions. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

The hotel rooms were not very clean. The parking fee was a bit high for what it was, parking is like any strip mall parking so what was the charge for? There’s no valet service or anything.

Perto de muitas coisas, fácil de chegar e com lojas próximas. A lavanderia ajudou muito no meio da viagem e é bem fácil de usar.

Oferecimento de transporte para os parques, em especial a Disney, é bastante limitado.

A gem of a find right near Disney.

Very clean, newer hotel, comfortable beds, modern look. Long bench in rooms which was perfect for luggage etc. Complimentary bottled water and chilled glasses in fridge in our room. Excellent staff and manager. Rooms were serviced every day. Great location. Very close to Disney, restaurants, stores. Price was better than any others in immediate area.

Nice for what we needed it for.

The lobby smells really good when you walk in! The location is great, a 8 minute drive to Disney Springs and a few other restaurants near by! Right off the freeway which is always a plus.

I don’t get why these hotels charge for parking. $18 a night just seems ridiculous. Especially when I’m already a paying guest.

The website does not mention that it is located on a major highway. I heard car passing by all night. After I submit my first review, my mother who stayed with me at the hotel, came to see me. She has bug bed bites in several places of her chest and back. we stayed in room 402.

Location, looks like new, clean.

Staff were not friendly at all except for the restaurant waitresses. Front desk people were not super nice and also didn’t explain we would get charged for parking, etc, they just charged us.

The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. Staff members are friendly and welcoming

$18 fee for parking but the parking lot was filled with trash, construction pieces and bulk items. I would understand the fee if it was clean

Nice clean hotel but more suited to business travellers than holidaymakers.

Room was very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Felt that the hotel was very corporate and not really suitable for holiday makers. The hotel felt a little soulless. Felt that paying for parking was unnecessary given the price of the room. Was also disappointed that the crossroads centre had been demolished so there was nowhere to walk to to eat.

Loved that it was convenient to Epcot and to Aquatica! Great restaurants a half mile away.The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The walk in shower with rainfall showrhead was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here!
