Beliggenheten.

Location and space within suite
Suite showed signs of neglect in need of thorough review between guests. Fridge faulty, iron so old unable to see settings, replaced when issue raised. Toaster faulty also replaced when issue raised. Cleaning was not the best we have seen on arrival, stayed many times and this time poor standard.

Location was good
Disappointed jetted tub didn’t work. Had to make about 6 trips to pack car because there were no luggage carriers

Relax, enjoy the pool and facilities
The game room pool tables are $1.50 which is more expensive than any bar or other game room with pool tables. Also the pool tables were not working and would not release the cue ball. The video games in the game make loud obnoxious noises so relaxing to s game of pool is futile.

Super friendly guests and it was clean.
the hotel could use a remodel, the facilities are feeling dated.

Lake Buena Vista Resort village and spa is in a great location, has spacious rooms, awesome pool. Staff members are friendly.
Unfortunately there are a couple things I didn't like, the beds and couch are broken down and extremely uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was so dirty my white socks were black.

Location,pool and it was clean
outdated and the tv are small

I like having a convenience store on property and distance from main attractions.
Cleaning service was not included in the room fee. There was no pot to cook in the kitchen.

Location was good relative to closeness of WDW but there was nothing of interest in the immediate surroundings and no view of benefit. The pool was nice but too cold to use.
The furniture in our room was extremely worn and looked dirty, there was one chair nobody wanted to sit on! The tap water was not drinkable due to a horrible smell (like warm garbage) and unpleasant to shower with or brush teeth etc. We found multiple bugs in our unit (cockroaches). The rugs felt dirty and the room didn’t smell very good at all. The dining room table was broken so the table top sat at an uneven angle. The one staff interaction we had was strained - with a request for an early checkin being declined and when we did return at 3:57 to pick up keys for a four o’clock checkin, we had to wait until 4pm on the dot, ‘just to be safe!’ In this case, it felt the cleaning staff (who was clearing entrance to the unit) was being petty. There was a strong cat urine smell on the floor when you left the elevator. There were some things that’s were fine about our room, but the negatives overpowered those positives. I would not stay here again.

The pool, great facilities, cleanliness, large rooms, shop and pub all on site, great shopping close by
Paid extra for Fireworks facing apartment, we were in 8th floor but could not see fire works. Also advertised as 2 miles from Disney… but is more like 6 miles.
The furniture in apartments are dated but the hotel is very clean and well maintained

Complimentary upgrade to a 4 br suite was fantastic. Quick drive to all parks. Quiet resort without the hustle and bustle.
The bed was noisy. When you moved it knocked the wall. Not enough chairs in the living room for a 4 br suite only a couch and 1 chair. In the rooms with 2 beds you could not close the doors unless you pushed the beds towards the center of the room. Not a big deal, but odd.

our room was in need of some updating.
we would have preferred to have daily cleaning / refresh of of the room included in the price.

The close location to disney, the value for what you have access to both at the resort and in the room itself.
I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet.

location was great.
The room was absolutely filthy. the chairs were like green and stained with dirt, the carpet was tearing apart in places, the curtain on the sliding door was torn and stained, the furniture was torn up, there was what appeared to be food (peanut butter maybe) smudged in the light switch of one of the master rooms and after my 9 month old crawled on the carpet, we noticed his hands, knees and feet were FILTHY…as if he had been playing it a fire place.

Staff were very good and the pool facilities including towels were very good and clean
A lack of cooking trays for the oven small kettle and very limited cutlery

1. Location was good as it was central to Disney and Universal theme parks.
2. Spacious suites, although they do need updating. The resort has so much potential but is in dire need of renovation.
3. Swimming Pool was decent size and clean, although it was severely understaffed.
The convenience store across the road was convenient.
There is also an Irish bar across the road, by far one of the best reasons for staying here, good food and drinks and the staff there were amazing. The guys recommended loads of restaurants all of which we tried were superb and several other tips for our stay. The hotel didn’t provide any information, barely encountered resort staff.
Were a family of thirteen and had three suites. Unfortunately the hotel could not place us all on the same floor. Check in was a pretty fast process however one of the suites had to return to reception several times, key cards wouldn’t work, lock on the front door broken and bed sheets did not fit the sofa bed.
The corridors and suites all smelt musky and old. The carpets definitely need a good deep clean ASAP. No fresh/clean smell to the resort at any point over our two week stay.
The suites were very spacious with all the amenities you could need but everything is so old and outdated. The hairdryer didn’t work in our bathroom but it was painful dealing with issues/reception.
Called reception as one of the suites toilet blocked to be told there was a plunger in a plastic bag in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. Interesting place to keep it and unfortunately it was not clean. Several days later a different suit had the same issue but no plunger, so they had to borrow it from one of the other suite. There seemed to be an issue with the toilets and plumbing.
The beds were comfortable but the bedding and towels all need replacing. The towels were old some with stains and fit for the bin. The sofa bed was old, springy and they struggled to provide sheeting to fit this bed without it pinging off the moment you sat on it.
The breakfast was ridiculous, not worth the visit. There was so little on offer and it did not include the price of drinks. Several of the group opted for a
Muffin but they only had blueberry muffins which were an extra charge of $5 each. Plus all the drinks were very expensive.
We spent a couple of morning/afternoons at the pool, you are not allowed to bring in your own food and drink which I fully understand. HOWEVER if this is the case the resort needs to make sure the pool bar and cafe is adequately staffed which it wasn’t.
Hotel unable to book, assist or offer discount codes for theme park tickets. Poor service.

They advertise that there is a quiet pool but that is not true.
