Very nicely appointed facility. Boutique. In a great location near the park and shops.
We could not take advantage of the free breakfast because it does not start until 9:30.
You could not get ice. Soda had to be purchased for a ridiculous price for little amount at the bar.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very cute and well maintained.
The toilet shape is strange and felt very large to sit on.

Boutique doesn’t always means smart and sophisticated. Small room and poor value for money.
great location
bedroom, for around 600 usd per night , was so small it couldn’t fit a proper bed. my feet stuck out all night . no space to even put my bag on a side and no desk to work. a small box room . I wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t paid a small fortune for the pleasure breakfast had a paper food label cooked into the eggs. it felt like a smart bar with hotel rooms above , charging a small fortune as the city was busy for the game. very very poor value for money…. won’t go back.

I had a wonderful experience on Beacon Hill and very much enjoyed my hotel accommodations.
Fantastic, central location — easily accessible and nearby many neighborhoods; I could walk everywhere. Love that it is so close to Boston Common, too, where I parked. I also liked the efficient use of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner built into dispensers in the shower wall. And I really loved the heat vent in the bathroom, as the days I stayed over were snowy and cold. It made getting ready in the morning a lot more comfortable.
It was difficult to fall asleep because Charles Street pedestrians and traffic are quite loud, well into the night. The rooms overlooking Charles Street do entail a lot of noise and brightness even when shades are closed. Also would be nice to have an extra blanket in the room to drape over the bedding for added warmth.

I intend to stay at Beacon Hill Hotel in the future when I visit my son.ButI would need a bigger roo
The staff were extremely helpful and professional.
My room was extremely small. no chest for clothes, only few shelves in the closet. The hotel faced the unfortunate accident with the water heater so I had no hot water or heat for 4 days. Finally I requested a portable heater. of course, I was offered to move to the sister hotel which I did not wish to do do because I had picked Beacon Hill Hotel for its proximity to my Son's apartment. He is an MD Resident at MGH and I wanted to make it easy to visit me after his long night shifts. I also ordered room service one night that came without a tray or a cart or water, carried on the arms of the server. The food was excellent though.
