They gave me a late checkout of 4 pm without me asking for it. This is a big deal. I am a returning customer for Intercontinental and I stayed for a week so I liked that they did this for me and I am likely to recommend and stay at this hotel for years to come. All these little things make a lot of difference and I hope other hotels understand this and take proactive steps for their customers. It made me enjoy the last day morning much better.

intercontinental is my go to spot. Friendly staff, clean, classy, pool, hot tub.
They always upgrade me to with the option of a higher floor or a junior suite. This time they put me on a higher floor. when i asked what about a junior suite on a lower floor they said it would be extra. i did not take it of course. Then when trying to book the room another night through IHG the agent through text blurted out a crazy price…. and i was like, “so it’s cheaper off a third party website. then she wrote, “ let me check the lowest we can go” she came back and said, “ we can do $$&@$) would you like me to take care of that booking now? So it was more that the booking.com price, so i booked my appt as an Elite member and they can’t ever match the rate of the 3rd party site.

Enjoyed the in lobby cocktail lounge staff was very attentive.

I liked everything except the cost of parking. I had two vehicles on site and would have left one car somehwere else if I knew how much the parking was.
Cost of parking was my only concern on this trip. for two nights I paid over $300 just to park my car. Was not a good feeling paying that fee.

L’emplacement top. Chambre au 25 eme étage avec une vue magnifique. Hôtel très calme.
Lits double en 140 dommage 160 a minima aurait été mieux

The room was clean and well appointed, the staff was friendly if not overly outgoing and we enjoyed our stay.
I can't say I have any real complaints though it might have been nice to see something besides the side of the adjacent building.

I loved the friendly and professional staff. I liked that you need to use the key card to use the elevator. The terrace on the 6th floor was very enjoyable. I was able to bring my puppy which the staff showered with affection. The room service was fast, and the food was delectable. The corner room view on the 27th floor is phenomenal.
That adaptive bathtub drain plug did not seal properly and wouldn't allow the tub to remain full. There was no mini bar.

Nice, modern rooms, very clean, cleaning crew and front desk people were very friendly and helpful
I dealt with a waiter that was quite rude when we had breakfast. He accused me of sharing in my daughter’s buffet meal which is not shareable. He upcharged us because of that. I would have been fine with the upcharge if he had told me ahead of time: I charged you extra for sharing the buffet. I felt very insulted because I only finished 2 strips of bacon that my daughter would have otherwise thrown away. It wasn’t the case that I told the kid to bring me food from the buffet. It is very insulting to have someone always looking over your shoulder as if we were some chicken thieves. I won’t be giving intercontinental my business going forward

Parking costs just as much as the room per day.
They charged me full price for coffees in the morning.

my boyfriend and I loved every part of our stay. I asked staff if they could surprise my boyfriend by the time we arrive at our hotel and they did exactly that! they surprised us with a cute piece of cake with his birthday message and name! I was surprised they would do that it was the best stat ever from service to looks! The staff was great as well i will definitely be returning for sure!

Bed & tub very comfortable. Gym & pool phenomenal! We used the Peleton bike, treadmill, and vertical ropes & pool! Staff was super helpful!!! Shout out to Jordan. Valet & breakfast were timely.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Gym is a bit meh, especially in comparison to the Marquis. The pool is not heated, so it was absolutely freezing! Coffee machine in the room is very poor quality. Basically the things that I came for weren't as good as I hoped. Next year I'll be at the Marquis.

great meals, clean new looking room, overall great experience

Unfriendly staff. Not even a bottle of water. Old furniture. Loud noises during the nights. Paper thin walls. Really sub par breakfast.
