Our stay was disappointing compared to other Comfort Inns we have stayed at.

Comfortable bed. Good sheets and pillows

Fairly run down. Very due for a remodel. Carpeting dirty looking. Couch so dirty looking I would not sit on it. Stairwell grungy. Also hall carpeting. Elevator broken. Difficult to lug luggage to second floor because I’m old! No first floor rooms available. Desk clerk had very limited English usage. She said there was no elevator, evidently because she couldn’t explain it was out of service.

Good value but have reasonable expectations going in!!

It was a good location am compared to the other area hotels, nearly half the price. It had all the basics. The check in was quick and the room was easily accessible on the first floor.

It’s dated and not necessarily the latest amenities. The room was clean but had an overpowering air freshener to hide the stale musty smell. The bathroom was in need of some work, there was visible mildew everywhere on the ceilings and around the tub

Hallways smelled like stale smoke; damp. Cost far exceeded comfort and cleanliness I was looking for.

They did not receive my reservation with the booking.com so I had to pay more money and I had stains on my bed blood stains it smelled like weed cigarettes piss and mildew I would not advise anybody to go to that location

Great place to stay!

Room was big, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.

I slept so well, I kept missing the free breakfast!

Wouldn’t stay again

I like that it was around a lot of more hotels an convenience

I didn’t like that the pool was dirty and the elevator was broke, I stayed on the 3rd floor for 3 days an had to take my belongs up and down the steps my whole stay

I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The room smelt of smoke very badly and the shower head hit me at my chest.

Disappointing

Clean quiet good location. Desk clerk helped me get my boarding pass.

Elevator not working. No help with carrying luggage to second floor. Air conditioner stopped working but was fixed right away.

Dirty carpets and broke elevator and trash running out the garbage cans and nasty bedding. I will never stay here again. Period!

Nice place to stay and affordable.

The staff was friendly. The room and the pool was clean.

It was good , the price is right, staff is nice just update the fridge please!

Our stay was good all in all. It was close to all the places we wanted to be by, so that was a plus. Also, I’m a big coffee drinker, and yours was good!

The fridge in our room didn’t keep our items cold not even a little bit

The room smelled badly of cigar or some kind of cigarette. We opened the window but it didn’t help. Normally have good experience here but I won’t want to stay in room #131 until that smell is taken care of.

I liked how nice and helpful the staff was, cleanliness and location

I didn't really have anything I didn't like. The only thing I had issues with was how the water for the shower wouldnt stay hot for very long
