A wonderful experience.

Breakfast was great. Very good selection and hot items, eggs, bacon and hash browns as well as pancakes. Pool was clean and warm. The pool was closing for the season two days after our stay. The suite was large and comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again!

A great nights sleep, staying here feels like being home!

Extremely friendly workers from check it to breakfast staff and check out. Best free breakfast ever. This was what it used to be like everywhere. Now a rarity!

Too many gnats in room when we arrived and no food was even out. Too much noise coming from upstairs.

If I ever returned I would stay at the same hotel/resort.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was located within walking distance of restaurants and some of the attractions. The suite had all of the amenities that I would expect, including kitchen untensils.

What I didn't like was the lack of parking spaces in the garage. The spaces that are there were small and parking was very tight. I also didn't like that the desk clerk had to buzz you in and out of the garage. If the clerk stepped away for some reason, then you had to wait for their return.

Area was nice, room was nice, quiet, friendly staff.

The bed was like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. It's difficult to enjoy the following day with no rest and a sore body.

It was a good place to stay for a few days. Good location in a nice area.

We liked the privacy of our own unit. No elevator so ask for ground floor if you can’t climb stairs.

Basketball right next to unit and games and thumping was loud. Also, they only give you one towel, one hand towel, one washcloth per person so you have to exchange your dirty ones for clean at the office. All the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Very very spacious! Loved the rooms. It was more than accommodating and had a lot of extra amenities. They thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and convenient! Check-in staff were amazing. She gave great recommendations and was very welcoming.

The breakfast lady was kind of rude and annoyed. Made it really uncomfortable to explore the breakfast options. We did find 3 spiders in the room my daughter's were using. I think they were already doing pest control there so we didn't make a big deal.

The hotel is excellent. the room was spotless. I’m a clean freak so when I say that it’s true. the bathroom and refriger

the rooms were awesome. my daughter and I each had our our bathroom and our own bedroom. excellent set up.

Great place, would stay again.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we wanted (fridge and microwave). Also the continental breakfast was great.

Lugging all of our stuff up the stairs and back down two days later. Wouldn’t be so bad for a longer stay; will request a 1st floor room next time. Also, we didn’t need laundry services, snack machines, or the ice machine, but if we had, they were two buildings away.

Very Quiet and great value.

The motel/apartment-like facilities. Also, we are a family of three and had to negotiate for more towels. We only had two towels for three people. The bed was hard as a rock also. But would probably stay there again as it was a great value.

This location turned out to be perfect for the soccer tournament we came for!

Definitely the price for the room, we had a king bed suite which was like a studio apartment; full kitchen included. This was very valuable for our trip since going out to eat can get pricy sometimes. I truly appreciate the price considering I booked 4 days prior to stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I asked the front desk to send me an email to join their Sonesta Travel Pass.

I liked how the staff was very friendly. everything was well maintenance.

the stove had a foul smw when opening it like it doesn't get it's monthly maintenance. Ended up not using it because the smell was so bad. had to crack the door open. pillows could be more fluffy .
