The hotel filled our need for a one night stop between our flight and our drive to Ft Lauderdale

Our friends could have had a coffee machine, like we did. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Great location, good value breakfast & helpful staff.

The location speaks for itself. The staff was very helpful when I had questions or needed fresh towels. The pool was kept up nicely.

I wish the towels were thicker quality. Seemed like my second batch should’ve been made into towel rags to clean up. They were scratchy & thin.

Overall it was good

It was clean and you had free breakfast and free transportation to the Walt Disney world park

The cleaning employees acted as if they couldn’t understand English, that’s a problem when that what you are talking to most

Location

Breakfast is very basic with very limited varieties and poor quality. Appreciate if they pay attention to improve breakfast experience. The booking includes breakfast but I used it only once and avoided it the rest of my 8 days stay.

Great value for the location.

Excellent location, lots to do in the area. Felt safe. Great breakfast and it is included with your stay.

Very noisy in the rooms, could hear full conversations of neighbors. Elevator was extremely slow and only one appeared to be working.

Beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Yes, NOISY!!! We've stay at this hotel several times and have complained about the beds each time. Still, the mattresses are worn from years of use and foundation creaks and cracks with every little toss and turn, waking up your spouse or partner throughout the night. Also another pet peeve is a loose toilet seat. Sadly, this is not an issue with not only this resort, but with the majority of places we have stayed with throughout the years. If a toilet seat is loose, have housekeeping or maintenance tighten the two screws. Takes less than 3 minutes and keeps the seat from sliding around when sitting down or getting up.

for my main criteria location the place was 10/10 perfectt

roomwas big since was travelling alone was really b spacious for me. Sinceno cleaning during my3 day stay this was not ideal but I knew this so ok.Location was the reason why I pick it and for this it was perfect stay 10/10 for that I would say was good value for money

You could hear the voices (loud talks from other rooms) badly

It is in a good location. Breakfast is good, the poor ladies were run of thier feet filling everything up. The pool is really nice but not heated. The lady that book us in was really nice, she spoke to us everyday.

The hotel is noisy, the walls are thin so you can hear the guest in the next room. Other guests started moving about at 05.30am, didn't get a good sleep.

We have stayed there on multiple occasions and this was the worse. Wife wants to go to other hotel

Breakfast as usual is good. Coffee is excellent and the staff there very nice

The bed was very noisy, squeaky. Every time I turned , the noise woke up my wife. Very bad to try n get romantic with spouse. They put us in a handicap room and we are not.

Good free breakfast. Would have liked a waffle maker. Pancake maker had some problems. Good pool area.

Bed was too high for a short person. Bathroom sink was too high also. Old toilet is TOO low to the floor. Seniors find it hard to use. Room could use a bit refreshing up,

The garbage pails in the room should be emptied daily. The towels that were used should be replaced.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE

The room and pool were great. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room and property wad very neat and clean.

The only complaint is that the doors to our room were not completely sealed off so we could hear noise from the hall and adjoining rooms from time to time.

The location for us was great for what we were doing. the staff was very nice and helpful. when ever we needed something they were there to get it for us or help. The breakfast was very good. many options hot and cold.

The pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. It could have been a little more clean in some areas.
