Only that it has a room available.
Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
Cafe inside but supposedly not owned or run by Holiday Inn ran out of eggs and other breakfast items.

I wish the Burger Theory was open more. I had to go out to eat and hated having to leave the comfort.

The room was comfortable and a nice size. The staff is always nice. They have a bar with an AMAZING veggie burger.

Clean and comfortable beds!
No blankets kept in closet in the rooms. You have to go to front desk to get one. They only had sheets in the bed

I like everything about the hotel the staff the chef who cooked my breakfast every morning, everyone was had great customer service.
I did not like booking.com because if I'm not mistaken when I started booking my room it was a rate of 122 but if I looked at my receipt each day the price went up why would the price go up so I've learned that if I'm going to stay at a hotel for a sabbatical I will call the hotels because I extended my stay one more day and I only paid $119 so tell me why booking.com for a hotel cost me more than if I booked it straight at the hotel thank you for your services but I will never use you again

Nothing
Dirty, could tell where they patched walls or fix something and not tied up or finish it all the way
No breakfast
Priced way to high for how cheap the place looked and was kept up
Side door to the building would not let you in with key card and it was with everyone that tried to go in that door
Had no pillows or blankets for the pull out

Burger Theory is about the best thing going with this location and the general location of many stores within its immediate area.
Elevators did not work the entire time we were there and had to request room service during a 5 day, 4 night stay. No clean towels or bed linen and even after asking for them, we only got 2 and there were more than 2 people in the room.

The bed was great
I booked the hotel because I had called and asked if the pool was open, I get there and check-in, go to sleep wake up to go swimming and the pools closed and no-one could tell me why or let speak to a manager
3.4
Room was clean and spacious.
The entire building smelled of smoking. Heavy smoke presence. I called to speak to the manager and got no call back. Matter of fact I called twice. Still no call back on multiple attempts.

location and cleanliness
i was asked how would I like to pay deposit, cash or card and I asked which option would guarantee my refund at check out and through clerk said card. at check out, I was informed that I won’t be getting the deposit immediately because it was the weekend and banks are closed And then I asked for a corporate number and the front desk male clerks (2) provided me the information to the GM… I called the number on the business card, only for it to be the number to the hotel site and they then told me the GM doesn’t work weekends and to wait until Monday to express my concern. very unprofessional that the staff told me different things and yet, I suffer as a result of still waiting on my bank to release the funds. in that case, I could have paid cash. All in all, the staff should be a united group relaying the same information to customers. distasteful.

I was traveling cross country with my 7 months pregnant wife and we didn’t arrive until about 7:30 pm which the hotel did accommodate our late check-in. The staff was very kind and understanding, but there was only so much they could do.
This was advertised as a 3 star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting the Bellagio, but I was expecting the lobby, elevator, and the room to at least appear and smell clean. Upon our entry on our floor, it smelled of both cigarettes and weed, our room smelled even stronger, so much so I had to ask the front desk to at least spray air freshener. Our room was spot cleaned, but not cleaned as a whole. The sheets were cleaned, the kitchen was not cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned, there was visible mold on one of the doors, and there were exposed screws in the bathroom. Unfortunately, due to our time of arrival there were no other hotel bookings available within travel distance. I will however be requesting a refund as this was false advertising and a completely unsafe place for a pregnant person to stay.

Leaking sink and tub exposed wiring and hair dryer almost caught on fire.
Was going to stay 4 nights but left after 1 and they charged me for all nights

I like that the staff was nice and the check in was easy.
It needed to be upgraded. There were buttons missing in the elevator. The fan in the room was super loud making it hard to sleep. The tub was dirty.

i was supposed to have breakfast included for the booking. but the concierge told me that there are no breakfast in the hotel. i complained to booking customer service but as they reach the hotel, hotel said they offered me breakfast and i declined it. that is just not true and such a lie.
