We booked based on the previous reviews. But the expectation fell short based on the room.

It was easy to find

We paid for a non-smoking room. But the room was smoked in from previous guests. The smell was very strong as soon as you open the door. We spoke with the staff and was told they did not have any rooms to move us, but offered air freshener to mask the scent.

A newly refurbished hotel with great amenities in need of a few finishing touches.

The rooms look newly refurbished. The complementary breakfast was a surprise for the price of the rooms given the proximity to Stone Mountain Park.

We had a small problem when we first came in our TV in our room did not work the first night as well as the room phone was not connected at all. I would not have complained about the TV except we were traveling with a four-year-old child.

Handicap accessibility along with plenty of space.

Good yet we can. hear the noises outside

The property is super fine and clean and have a decent breakfast!

The property is super fine, but we can hear noises from the outside. We couldn’t sleep well because other people were talking pr partying outside. Hope some staff would check the area if there are cases like that. We stayed there to rest so we need quiet environment.

Please fix the heaters. But good location otherwise

The bathroom and showers were nice. The room was clean.

The heater was very weak and took almost 5 hours to warm the room. We were cold.

Nice room-no hot water!

The room was nice and modern. It was clean and well equipped including a coffeemaker.

There was absolutely no hot water so I had to take a very unpleasant cold shower.

A Nice, Quiet & Clean Stay with A Friendly Front Desk

I was only there due to needing to be on-call close to work with very bad weather looming. It is a little seedy to get to the hotel, but the hotel is very clean and very well-appointed for the price point. The check-in staff were great. Extremely personable and you can tell they care. I believe a supervisor/manager was in the lobby and greeted me as if I were walking into a 5-star hotel. I loved it and the service only continued from there. If a similar situation allots me, i will stay here again.

Better lighting in the room would be nice. Also, there was space between the ground and the door that could let in the cold air, if it were colder out. However, it was no issues with this stay.

The price the location and the relative closeness to necessities like food and drinks. Also the size of the room was good

Considering my reason for the visit, the room served it's purpose. The lobby looked immaculate even though I had to stand outside to check in. The overnight female receptionist was very nice and helpful however the morning person... a gay black male, was too preoccupied talking to a friend on the phone instead of tending to the needs of the customer. The overall appearance of the hotel was run down and needs to be addressed. And the rooms should be renovated because of a dark and dungy feel. Lighting also needs to be addressed as well as some other electrical issues and there was a problem with the hot water.

Housekeeper from hell

Loved the layout, loved the location and loved the people at the front desk....

Did not like the way the housekeeper was talking to me and told me NO when asked her for extra towels and clean linens. She was very unprofessional and argumentative about what should have been offered to me anyway. At that point is where things could have escalated making me feel very uncomfortable and wanting to be refunded on my money and just simply going to another hotel but the Front desk attendee fulfilled my every need, lowering my blood pressure. That particular housekeeping lady needs to go, if she doesn't like her job. Never felt the need NOT to tip housekeeping until this stay here... Poor hospitality on her part alone, tried not to hold it against the WHOLE establishment but it was hard, her attitude sucked... Still willing to patronize the Econo Lodge business just not EVER doing that location again... The stragglers and poor upkeep is something that can be overlooked but not willing to overlook an employee's poor attitude on top of how the rooms look, NO WAY!

Over night rest

The location was great, it was near a lot of food and drink choices. The room was handicapped accessible as I requested. The bed was comfortable.

There was a lot of noise with children running down the sidewalk unattended. The carpet was very worn and outdated. There were not a lot of outlets in the room. The remote control had tape on it and you had to continually press the tape to get it to work. The ceiling above the shower head looked like it was going to fall in.

Don't do it.....

The light in the bathroom was out, I went to the front desk ( because the phone in my room didn't work), the maintenance staff was gone for the day. The light was never replaced. I was there for 6 days. The TV only got 1 channel and there was no remote. I went back to the front desk, was given a remote to program and was never able to program it. I watched TV on my lap top my entire stay. There was no iron, I had to go to work with wrinkled clothes. A couple had a physical fight outside and was throwing bottles. The thermometer didn't work well and there

The price but am thinking of using my Budget for better accommodations

The filth that was the room, carpet, drapes were yellowed from cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, we're falling off the road, shower rod falling off wall and curtain wouldn't stay closed moldy

The room didn't have hot water so I had to change out rooms after I done got undressed move back and forth to another room it was just a disaster for me but it was comfortable after I got settled
